Separate international shipment label and customs forms printer options

When shipping with FedEx for international shipments, we need the ability to print customs forms from a different printer than the 4x6 thermal that's being used to print the labels.  As it stands currently, the only way to complete a shipment if you're using FedEx is to print the thermal label, go into settings, change it to a regular printer, print the customs forms twice, and then go back into settings to switch the printer back.  This workflow is unusable in it's curren...

Format shipping label spacing identically...

The idea here is to format the spacing for both domestic and international labels so that when they are printed on paper they can all be stacked and cut evenly. Additionally, if they are spaced the same, please make it possible to mix or include all labels on the same paper without leaving empty spaces by separating domestic from international labels as is done now.

Bigger bolder fonts for the ship to address, is this possible

Just to add a note to this topic. I'm not sure if this feature is or can become available but after much searching it seems this is on Endicia's end. I would like to see the ship to address be a much larger and bold fonts just so its much better read. by the carrier. Not sure if what i am saying makes any sense but......

Print a receipt label with the barcoded postage label.

I like to attach a copy of each barcoded postage label to my email order copy so that I can later scan the barcode in to my back office system (if necessary) or in case somebody inadvertently sticks the wrong label on a package, I have a paper trail.

PACKING SLIP Added Fields

Our company like adding point of reference within the packing slip generated thru ShippingEasy. As of now, we can add the 'hidden notes' within an order, which works out great. But for the printed version, if we could also add, within a type-able field on top, to show our Sales Order number. All CAPS for labels addresses

As a previous Endicia customer, one of the options I really loved was the ability to translate any address into all caps without having to edit the address.  Some customers are lazy in their typing and it just looks more professional to have the shipping address be consistent. Thanks!

border around packing slip

Hi, Can you put a border around the packing slip? When I print the ship label/packing slip page, I often want the cut the packing slip out because it's small and would like a border as a guide so I don't cut it out crooked and lose all sense of professionalism. . Manual Orders: product list drop down and inventory sync

I would use the manual order option a lot more if it could have a drop down of all my products instead of saying ‘item 1’ and having to put in the details manually. It would be even better if it could sync the inventory with Shopify.   Any possibilities of this happening in the (near) future?

Ability to stop sending international orders a tracking number.

We use a consolation company (APC) so the tracking number basically meaningless and is confusing our customers. We get a lot of complaints.

Modify canned text used in 'return label' email

Is there any way to edit or remove the canned text? We need to be able to change the standard text because it is not exactly what we want to say. There's more that we need to add to that. Presently, you can add additional text above the canned text, but that is not really a solution. It looks bad. And there's no way to format it? Thanks

Change Order Status when purchasing a RETURN stamp.

When I have to preform a return, it is essential that I know that I a waiting to receive a product. I notice that you currently update orders when stamps are purchased but nothing changes when a return label is purchased.  I hope this feature is something simple to integrate and it would provide my company, as well as many others, a huge reason to stick with you guys. Split a line item into multiple packages

We sell paint in aerosol cans which are packaged in boxes up to 12 each. So if a customer orders 30 cans this would show up as a single line item but with a qty of 30. We need to break this up into 3 boxes with 12 in 2 of the boxes and 6 in a third box, each with their own labels. At times we don't have the full qty in stock and ship what we have with the balance on back order. Once again splitting each line item up would make this easy

Quicker Shipping

Add Manual Orders button to top Navigation, parse and paste pop up not needed each time you print, too many clicks to send to print: When processing manual orders it would be faster to have the link at the top next to Orders in the Green Section rather than click on Orders, then Manual Orders each time I want to get back into it, it is an extra step to click on it each time rather than a direct link, I use Volusion to parse and paste the shipping address and a few seconds ...

Add Requested Service as a filter on orders

When selecting from potentially hundreds of orders, delimiting by Requested Service should be an option. With other imported fields like Country, Quantity or Status are also imported and available filters - it would appear Requested Service should be as well. This would enable us to choose all like Requested Service shipping options and process at once. Particularly valuable if the method requires a different carrier option.

Faster direct print times

We use zebra thermal printers... and with UPS worldship they print instantly... with your "Quick! Print it" its very problematic... I assume its java based and relies on you to stay on the page you are on, and takes about 15-20 seconds to print the label (or if you click something or change the page, it wont print at all)... its actually faster to click send to print, then goto print queue then print it... so this needs to be sped up greatly.  Why do you rely on java to sa...

Direct Printing of Packing Slips

Currently, when you create a batch and click 'Print Packing Slips and Create Shipment', the system takes you to another screen, where you click print again, which opens a new tab, which opens a PDF, which you then click print again, select the printer, and, yes, click print again, then you click shipments to go to shipping. Autofill carrier info from shopping cart to create shipment

To totally streamline the order creation and speed, the system needs to autofill in the choice of carrier & carrier service - both of which the shopping cart software has already transmitted... and 99% of the time you be shipping the method the customer chose.  If this is done, all we need to do is choose the box size and hit print - now that's 'shipping easy'...

International Customs Forms Quick Print

I make heavy use of Quick Print, but when I have an international order over the threshold for single-label printing, if I'm not paying attention it prints out the 4 copies of the label/customs form on my labels. Choose which label to print on when using multiple per sheet

Include Volusion's "Purchase Order Number" on Shipping Labels in addition to Order Number

More and more of our customers want not only the order number to be referenced on the shipping label but the purchase order number as well. We use Volusion and it would be nice if both the order number and purchase order number (if applicable) would be noticeably present on the shipping label. Thank you for your consideration.

Improvement to shipping labels

I’ve been having some trouble with labels cutting off on the edges, especially international labels. I could fix this by adding a margin to my printer setup but it shrinks the entire label. I was wondering if you’d consider removing the thin square border around the entire label. Mexico International Customs cannot be over $400.00 USD - 1 Year Later

I opened a case about this around 1 year ago. Is there any time frame for an update. Its the most annoying this to have to do for every order. Shipping Easy is no longer saving me time. Splitting orders with multiple items breaks communication with Shopify
