Update order changes from my store to ShippingEasy

SMTP Settings for E-Mails

Are there any plans to allow for users to enter SMTP settings so that e-mails are routed directly through the SMTP server of the user's choice? Currently, customers receive e-mail confirmations from "noreply@shippingeasy.com", which is ok since the reply-to address is the e-mail specified in the store settings. Schedule UPS package pick up from ShippingEasy

Smaller shippers often do not have regularly scheduled package pick-up service with UPS.  As such, having the option to schedule pick-up from the ShippingEasy interface saves the extra step of calling or visiting UPS.com. Advance ship date to next BUSINESS date.

We prepare shipments in the evening and I have the option set to " Automatically Advance Ship Date After " with 3 pm as the value.  I was very surprised and disappointing today to see that this option literally means the next day and not the next business day.  Today is Veteran's day, no mail pickup, now I have the wrong date on my labels and the wrong information posted to my stores.  This has not come up for me before since this is the first non-Monday holiday. All CAPS for labels addresses

As a previous Endicia customer, one of the options I really loved was the ability to translate any address into all caps without having to edit the address.  Some customers are lazy in their typing and it just looks more professional to have the shipping address be consistent. Thanks!

Charger International import tax and duties on a 3rd party FedEx account

We can either set the sender or the recipient as the default payor for import tax and duties for FedEx international shipments, however, we cannot add a 3rd party FedEx account as the default payor, please consider adding this function for us. Thanks

Allow the purchase of third party Insurance

For USPS packages, in the "Insurance Options" section when specifying shipment details, there doesn't appear to be an option to select USPS Insurance, only Shipsurance insurance. Is there anyway to select USPS insurance instead of Shipsurance? If not, can this be a feature that will be added in the future? Label font cleanup/design + Logo

With Dazzle & UPS Worldship you can customize the labels... Like to see this on the shipment labels as well. We have used to put our logos as well as create shipment tags (available on the standard UPS 4x6+2" tag labels) that we use for shipment info. I like to keep copy on invoices of the shipment, tracking info, and shipment cost... yes its available in the logs, but we want the proof of shipment on a label for your physical records... thus nice to customize labels...  ...

Modify orders details when you "Duplicate Shipment"

Hi, We'd like to be able to modify some of the details when you use the ship another feature.  As it is right now, if we use the "ship again" feature to create a label the email that the customer gets indicates that we are shipping the same item that they bought the first time.  But usually, it is an exchange for a different item.  We then get a call or email asking why we are shipping them the same thing they just returned. Certified Mail Feature

Ability to change text attributes for packing slips

The packing slip function in ShippingEasy works great, although it does not have the option to make attributes of an item larger or smaller. The following bolded code for this is as follows: {{ shipment.line_items | sort: 'name' | columns: 'qty sku name_and_product_options' }} You cannot modify any of these attributes (bold, italicize, etc.) otherwise it breaks the templating feature of this code and it does not work. Create Duplicate Shipment

I have used the Create Duplicate Shipment function in the past to create a label for a replacement shipment.  I just realized today that actually updates the shipping information on the original shipment, and causes that order to show as being shipped late. This is not what I expected at all.  The function as it is implemented is actually Reship This Order.  Can we get a function for Create New Shipment or something to that effect.

At the moment Amazon does not allow Shipping Easy (SE) to modify tracking after it has been issued.  Great pain is felt when you need to change the shipping weight or service, as it is a two step process within SE and then you have to manually copy and paste the NEW tracking number over to Amazon.   If you forget that last step, you are setting yourself up for a customer's wrath as there shipment will not track. Digital Pick List

I think it would be extremely helpful and environmentally/financially friendly to create a way to view a digital picklist on a tablet. You would be able to select orders as you currently do, however, instead of printing a pick list, you would be able to view it digitally. USPS Address Verification and Standardization

It would be helpful and look much more professional if the delivery address could be standardized to match USPS standards and abbreviations. While ShippingEasy verifies the accuracy and adds the Zip+4 of the delivery address, it does not correct abbreviation. It would also be helpful if the email notification to the customer could be corrected with proper capitalization of first and last names, etc.

Bringing back cleared orders

It is frustrating that we can't bring back cleared orders. Commonly we have customer whose credit card declines and we notify them of this. Then they call us back and give us a new credit card and we process their order for shipping, but currently we have to manually enter their orders and log into Americommerce and manually update shipping. It would be much easier if we could just search for a cleared order and bring it back to active.
