Batch ID - available via API post back?

Hi, We are using the group by batch function all the time now and love it.  Would it be possible to make the batch ID available in the ShippingEasy API post back call?  It would be helpful for me to have the batch id posted back to the order.  that way if there were issues we'd know what other orders may have been affected.  For example - we handled around 8000 orders in a 3 day window - running around 100 orders per batch - and then printing 5-6 batches at a time.  The pr...

shipping cost report

Hello, It should be a standard feature for all plans, including the starter, to get a year end total for all shipping costs incurred for that year. Similar standard fee reports are standard with my other accounts such as Shopify and PayPal with no additional cost. I realize the starter plan with SE is free. However, by my using shipping easy I do help to contribute to shipping easy getting discounts on their shipping rates. Looking for an answer Frank

International Store Addresses

Your platform is the only one I've found that allows for store addresses, which is amazing for my marketplace business. Unfortunately, I'm only seeing the ability to add US based store addresses, do you have any intention to allow international store addresses? If so then what is your timeline for this? Best, Clara B.

Allow option to enable virtual orders to be processed through ShippingEasy

We currently use WooCommerce platform and would like to have an option to import virtual orders into ShippingEasy as well. Reason for this is that we currently have products that would like to enable partial free shipping. To achieve this we have set these products as "virtual".

Edit Tracking Number

Under Shipment History, you are not able to edit the tracking number.  Often, especially for those who have Amazon orders that are drop-shipped , a temporary number or "to follow" is put in the tracking number field so that you aren't penalized by Amazon for a late shipment.  It would be great if you were able to update or edit the tracking information which would then in turn update Amazon.  Otherwise, this is a more time consuming process to find the order on Amazon and ...

Show Active Listings !!

It would be SOOO helpful to see what marketplaces and stores my products are listed on. Filtering by "listed on" and "not listed on" would be awesome. Or icons showing which stores/marketplaces have listings for products.Sometimes you have SKU mistypes or you forget to post products in certain places. Concatenate (Add) Two Variables And convert to Barcode

Hi, is it possible to concatenate two variables and then convert all of that to a barcode? For example, {{shipment.order_number | barcode: 'code128'}} will add the order number as a barcode on my packing slip. Automatically change customer name to ALL CAPS for Packing Lists

When a customer enters their name as "tom smith" on an order, it shows up as "tom smith" on the packing list. Is there a way to automatically change this to Tom Smith or TOM SMITH? If not, can you add this feature . . . it would save a lot of time. Thx

Print box size on labels

I would like to see the box size printed on the labels, I don't care which label, packing slip actual postage label. It will help when packing the orders to know the box size and not have to go from memory. Fed Ex labels have it on them but usps, ups do not

Warehouse/Bin on Picking List for Bundles

I see that Bundle contents are now printable on pick lists, but for those of us that don't pre-bundle (the bundle contents are gathered @ shipping), the Warehouse Location is needed for each item in the bundle.  They need to be listed similar to any other "Product" - sort of a Sub-Product list.  Can this be done?  Please!

Automatically retry labels that fail due to auto-purchase

Very often we encounter multiple labels failing with the following error: Cannot complete label print request because postage Auto-Purchase is in progress. Please try printing again in a few moments. Sometimes this is 25+ labels that have to be retried manually one at a time. I would like for ShippingEasy to retry these labels automatically after the auto-purchase is successful. Don't return Tracking number if there isn't one

I ship a LOT of first class large flat packages to customers. These do not qualify for tracking. But ShippingEasy still returns a "tracking" number to my 3DCart program. I believe it returns the label receipt. This is very confusing to my customers. On Hold / Future Shipment

Ship Station has several features that I think would be helpful. 1. Placing an item on hold - e.g. an order with a bad shipping address and where we've contacted the customer and we are waiting for a corrected address. 2.  I have a customer who schedules shipments - e.g. he wants to send the order on a certain date. Vendor variable

It seems odd to me that Shipping Easy doesn't have the capabilities to use the "vendor" variable when creating a shipping label. We have 5 different vendors and would like to sort our packing slips by vendor because that is how our warehouse if organized. Resync order contents after orders have changed so all items will be marked shipped

Just wanted to offer you a feature Idea. When a order comes into shipping easy, then after a customer adds items to there order after shipping easy receives the order shipping easy doesn't resync to bigcommerce to update order contents. So if i ship from shipping easy through the order # it will show partially shipped in bigcommerce and i will have to manually change what shipped in bigcommerce. Pick List with Options

The pick list is a nightmare for products with options. There was an error notifying your store that this order was shipped

We really need to get a more proactive alert when this type of error occurs, ideally an email.  I have a metric hit on one of my eBay accounts (the smallest one) for no tracking uploaded, and another for updated late when I found it and forced did a manual update.  Both eBay and Amazon consider these defects, on eBay we lose Top Rated Seller and therefor search placement if we have more than 5% of these.  I'm over 5% now on this smaller of my eBay accounts and have only ke...

Packing slip label Zebra portrait 4 x6 Tall

In Shipping Easy, Format available for packing slip says 4 x6 but actually it prints 6 x 4 wide. This format waste lot of paper as it takes more pages if we have more SKU order. We request for another format which is actually 4 x6 wide / Portrait 4x6 labels on Zebra to have the option to be tall instead of wide. It just needs minor template change

Amazon Order Item ID Number

When the Amazon sales channel is connected to Shipping Easy, the Amazon orders come through with an Amazon Order Item ID Number.  A more meaning number would be the Amazon Order Number.  If the Order Item ID is important to some sellers, then the Amazon Order Number should appear somewhere on the order or replace the Order Item ID if it is not being used so selllers.

Global Express Guaranteed. We need this option.

As of now ShippingEasy does not offer the Global Express Guaranteed shipping method. The only way to ship a package using this method is to go to the post office or use USPS.com's Click n Ship tool. It would be great to have that method in ShippingEasy so we can do all of our shipping in the same place.    ShippingEasy is awesome and are so grateful our business uses it.

Store update failure notification

We really need to be notified by email if a shipment fails to update the order in the source store.  I had this happen recently and didn't notice until the next day when the order was still showing in one of my eBay stores.  I updated the information immediately but eBay still shows this as a tracking defect for being uploaded late.  This particular store does not have a high sales volume, one more such event will put us over the 95% compliance required for Top Rated Selle...
