I would like to receive a notification if an order takes at least a week to ship. I need this functionality specifically for international orders so I don't have to wait for customers to ask where their package might be. I see this happening in a couple of ways: 1. Please make an option to set the store currency, and show it with prices on the customs form and packing slip. For international orders, we keep getting asked about the currency. We are not asking for currency conversion. We just want show that the prices are in US$. This has to be a more common issue. All commercial invoices should show what currency the prices are in!
On occasion we need to print a different packing slip than the standard on that we print for most of our orders. We have made a packing slip for "Blind" shipping, basically a packing slip w/o the products listed that were purchased as well as no shipping rates displayed. It would be helpful to be able to select a series of orders which are in the general order queue, and output a CSV file where it shows the quantities of each SKU currently in the queue. Current / Unshipped orders Selected Output to CSV to show quantities per SKU. Will reduce the number of times our employees need to travel to pick orders, especially with multiple item orders.
2 things can be added to the packing slips to be more helpful for us and I'm sure many other companies. 1. A subtotal line/field would be great. We basically use the packing slips as our sales receipts and it makes it easier for entering when there are multiple items on the slip. 2. The packing slips do not have be a full page. Please make an option to print 2 orders per page. This saves A LOT of paper and space. ShipStation did this for us and we loved it.

The USPS Flat Rate Padded Mailer is often the cheapest way to send a Prime order. This option is available directly on Amazon, but it is missing from ShippingEasy. Please add this option to ShippingEasy. Thanks!
To be in compliance with HIPAA and other security policies, I would like to delete the customer addresses once I have shipped to them. I upload in bulk and I would really appreciate being able to delete in bulk.
Please add a populated tab or search ability to filter shipment history by country. If someone asks if I have shipped successfully to a particular country, and how much it was. I want to be able to answer them quickly. Thank you!
Hello: Is it possible (is there are variable) so that when I send a shipping confirmation email, only the recipients first name is used? For instance: instead of: Hello JOHN SMITH - it would say: Hello JOHN - This feels much more natural to me, & would fit my brand much better. Thanks!
I know SE can't send emails to Amazon customers, but it would be a nice help for our own reference if WE got shipment confirmation emails for all of our Amazon orders. It greatly helps us to track shipments from our email/by customer last name without having to sift through our SE shipment history. Thanks!
We need to have ShippingEasy pull in Partially Fulfilled orders from Shopify. When a customer purchases items and a gift card on our site the Gift Card is processed immediately which sets the order to a Partially Fulfilled status. Then the items just sit there and never get ported over to ShippingEasy so our shipping department never gets notified of the order and pick tickets can not be created. Setting the gift card to NOT auto fulfill in Shopify is NOT an option for us.
In order to facilitate proper picking where we have UPC, aliases or Override Maintained Product info - we need to print this alternative info on the pick list. The stores can have varying info for the same products making proper picking challenging.
ShippingEasy needs to add a similar HOLD feature as what's offered by ShipStation, whereby the user selects an order to place on hold, designates the date on which the order should ship, and then the order is hidden from the queue until that date, at which point in time, the order appears back in the queue. Hi, this should be very simple, and will save me a lot of time from having to scroll down to hit Continue all the time. When I'm uploading manual orders using CSV, after selecting the CSV file and hitting Upload, it takes me to the screen where I map the columns to the fields. I have run into issues where the weight of my shipments do not always change due to me not hitting the update button. The button is wholly unnecessary and should be removed to avoid changes not taking place.
It is very helpful to have the product options on a separate line using "name_and_product_options, but it would be a lot better if the type of product option, ie "Optional Engraving", was separate from the option value. Either in separate columns OR plenty of space between the two OR the option value being in bold.

When customer shipment confirmation emails are sent, ShippingEasy "personalizes" the outgoing email address with the name from the default shipping address in the current store. In my use case (and imagine many others) it would be better to be able to set the email alias as an option at the account level. I send packages on behalf of several different companies so the email alias shouldn't be linked to the default return address. Thanks!
After I have selected the wrong container and need to add more postage, you have to recreate a new label edit the shipping container and procedure is to cancel the first shipment and request a refund, wait to get reimbursed which causes delay and extra processing and time for your dept and mine.
