The idea here is to format the spacing for both domestic and international labels so that when they are printed on paper they can all be stacked and cut evenly. Additionally, if they are spaced the same, please make it possible to mix or include all labels on the same paper without leaving empty spaces by separating domestic from international labels as is done now.
Sometimes the Ship To Name is different than the person who buys the product. Thus, the email confirmation will have the recipient's name instead of the buyer's. Perhaps you need to enlarge your database to have a "Bill to" and "Ship To" name, addresses.
I like to attach a copy of each barcoded postage label to my email order copy so that I can later scan the barcode in to my back office system (if necessary) or in case somebody inadvertently sticks the wrong label on a package, I have a paper trail.
I would like to see the ability to batch return labels. and change shipping method. for a group of labels at one time
On more than one occasion, I have had the wrong order selected when I have printed an order. In history, there is a cancel label choice, but it only requests a refund of the postage. Perhaps an undo choice which would: A) Cancel and refund the postage for the printed label B) Stop the tracking number / store update if it hasn't already synced C) Place the specified order back into the 'to be shipped' que.
I make heavy use of Quick Print, but when I have an international order over the threshold for single-label printing, if I'm not paying attention it prints out the 4 copies of the label/customs form on my labels. So not only do I need to reprint these on regular paper, I just wasted two sheets worth of labels. It would be nice if there was a warning dialog when quick printing these labels, so I can switch out labels for plain paper or cancel the quick print and print manu...
Our company like adding point of reference within the packing slip generated thru ShippingEasy. As of now, we can add the 'hidden notes' within an order, which works out great. But for the printed version, if we could also add, within a type-able field on top, to show our Sales Order number. It will be great if we could also 'name' the field or a drop-down choices as in below for examples: *Purchase Order *Sales Order *Reference No. *Request No. See the example ...
As a previous Endicia customer, one of the options I really loved was the ability to translate any address into all caps without having to edit the address. Some customers are lazy in their typing and it just looks more professional to have the shipping address be consistent. Thanks!
When selecting from potentially hundreds of orders, delimiting by Requested Service should be an option. With other imported fields like Country, Quantity or Status are also imported and available filters - it would appear Requested Service should be as well. This would enable us to choose all like Requested Service shipping options and process at once. Particularly valuable if the method requires a different carrier option.
Hi, Can you put a border around the packing slip? When I print the ship label/packing slip page, I often want the cut the packing slip out because it's small and would like a border as a guide so I don't cut it out crooked and lose all sense of professionalism. . It would be super helpful to me...thank you for any help. :) ~Alissa
I would use the manual order option a lot more if it could have a drop down of all my products instead of saying ‘item 1’ and having to put in the details manually. It would be even better if it could sync the inventory with Shopify. Any possibilities of this happening in the (near) future?
More and more of our customers want not only the order number to be referenced on the shipping label but the purchase order number as well. We use Volusion and it would be nice if both the order number and purchase order number (if applicable) would be noticeably present on the shipping label. Thank you for your consideration.
Smaller shippers often do not have regularly scheduled package pick-up service with UPS. As such, having the option to schedule pick-up from the ShippingEasy interface saves the extra step of calling or visiting UPS.com. If you would find this additional feature useful, please leave a comment below or "Like" it.
I’ve been having some trouble with labels cutting off on the edges, especially international labels. I could fix this by adding a margin to my printer setup but it shrinks the entire label. I was wondering if you’d consider removing the thin square border around the entire label. If you look at the output of something like Stamps.com, there is no border which allows the label to actually be a little larger because you’re not worried about the border fitting on the page. I...
We understand that there are many instances an order and/or address will change after the information has already been pulled into ShippingEasy. While we recommend using order notes to track these edits, we keep hearing feedback that you would prefer to see this information updated real-time to ShippingEasy. We get it! After all, this would make shipping easier, which is a common goal for us all. Our development team is focused on building the features that you need mos...
Do you find that sometimes you need to keep an eye on certain shipments? If so, let us know!
We understand that when printing multiple labels per sheet, not all the labels are used every time - especially when you have an odd number of labels to print. More over, it can be frustrating to find the best way to maximize your resources. Please let us know if you find yourself in this predicament. The more comments and "likes" this Idea receives, the greater priority it will receive.
Please change this every time I have to use an 8.5 x 5.5 label for USPS International Labels- I have to go back in and reprint a packing slip as it doesn't populate. This happens every time I have to send more than 5 items internationally. Can we get an option where you can print an international label and packing slip printed under one regardless of how many items are on the order. When you have multiple international orders in this way it is really takes too much time.
We frequently come across requests for various label sizes and formats. At this time, we offer the most widely used formats; however we would love to know what format options you would like to see added. Let us know the dimensions and even the printer or label paper that you use. The more we see any particular format requested, the greater priority we will give its development.
We understand that there is a need for more format options for packing slips. Please let us know what options _you _need.
When you run reports it would be really useful if we could run a report by an order number time frame so you would have order number 3800 - 3894 and that would include everything in that was shipped between those numbers in addition to running them by date
With Dazzle & UPS Worldship you can customize the labels... Like to see this on the shipment labels as well. We have used to put our logos as well as create shipment tags (available on the standard UPS 4x6+2" tag labels) that we use for shipment info. I like to keep copy on invoices of the shipment, tracking info, and shipment cost... yes its available in the logs, but we want the proof of shipment on a label for your physical records... thus nice to customize labels... ...
Hi, We'd like to be able to modify some of the details when you use the ship another feature. As it is right now, if we use the "ship again" feature to create a label the email that the customer gets indicates that we are shipping the same item that they bought the first time. But usually, it is an exchange for a different item. We then get a call or email asking why we are shipping them the same thing they just returned. Thanks
