Mexico International Customs cannot be over $400.00 USD - 1 Year Later

I opened a case about this around 1 year ago. Is there any time frame for an update. Its the most annoying this to have to do for every order. Shipping Easy is no longer saving me time. When Shipping Easy pulls my orders going to Mexico it puts the Mexican Dollars (MXD) into the declared value into customs form. The customs form is asking for the declared value in US Dollars (USD). Longstanding Search Issues

Alexa integration

I'm a LuLaRoe retailer so my package weights vary greatly which means I enter the weight which then determines the shipping method for EVERY package I ship. I would LOVE the ability to enter package weight, select carrier and shipment method using the Alexa skill.This would be a HUGE time saver for my business!

SMS notifications

its about time for a service for costumers to get SMS text messages with tracking information. my costumers keep on losing packages because of problems with their email, internet etc.or because they are just the old fashioned type. a SMS text could really save the day. were currently looking into alternative shipping sites just because of this. anyone with a solution for me?

Could printing the order number be optional?

I've had several customers who really don't like the order number printing on shipping label. They've said variations of the same thing, which is that it's like a blinking light to thieves that the package has merchandise in it. I've been cutting it off of my labels since people complained, but that's an extra step I'd like to avoid. Thanks!

Provide warning when create order for items with low inventory

Right now the system allows creation of order when inventory is 0 or even negative.   For manual order, would be nice if a pop up window with warning message can be provided. For auto-sync order from other platform,  would be great if summary page of all the orders like this can be provided. I'm not sure if this belongs to shipment or inventory,  think it belongs to orders, but there is no such category here.

Commercial Invoices / international Orders

Hello,  I would like to request for commercial invoices to automatically include all of the items that are part product bundles. Stamps.com account suspended and told to contact shipping easy support-no way to do that

My stamps.com is suspended and i am to contact shipping easy support but there is no way to contact them.  do not understand why it was suspended.  Have not been able to use shipping easy since nov 11.  I should get credit for not being able to use it.

Shipper Release UPS

It'll be great to have Shipper Release option so that we can make sure UPS does not delay urgent packages. We had next-day-airs that were delayed for multiple days because the driver refuses to drop off the package. FedEx options

Generically I would like to see more options available from FedEx available when creating a label in SE.   Specifically Saturday delivery sometimes does not show up but if I go to the ship center they say it is available.  Same with direct signature on FedEx international priority. FedEx Collect Vs Third Party

My customer would like us to mark our FedEx shipments Collect vs the Third Party Billing.  They believe that there could be a different rate charged to them if the Collect is not chosen.  I am currently working to verify with FedEx if there is a difference, but it seems that it would be fairly simple to have the same options in ShippingEasy as are available from FedEx.

Split Shipment at Order Creation

Almost all of our items are 1-to-1; meaning one item per package. Actually, to be more precise, all of the items are already in their boxes for shipment. We just need to print the labels and attach.   When we import these orders into ShippingEasy we would like to import them as multiple shipments from the beginning. Requested Carrier in 'IF' of Shipping Rules

The Shipping Rules has an 'IF' for Requested service (which is currently broken, not allowing multiple selections..). However, I would like to be able to just select a carrier. New Split Order Items - Show Sku #'s

I like the new split order items but it displays the item name and only part of it, not the sku #. I wanted to make a suggestion about the DHL International Global Mail Daily Manifests:   In the past, when shipping with other companies Internationally, if I create a manifest from the daily manifest page, it creates a document that I can review and print out if I want to. it is nice to have this because then we can verify if our numbers are correct.   I am sure others would appreciate it also.

Purchasing Order and Product Catalog Features

I use a SKU for my own company, but they are different from my suppliers.  This currently restricts my ability to use the Purchase Order Feature. Change origination zip code in the ready to ship page.

Our Ebay stores sell products that ship from more than one location. It would be very helpful if we could edit the "ship from zip code" in the ready to ship page so the postage paid accurately reflects the actual zip code. I have never thought your order page and resulting button names and process made sense.  Definitely not intuitive. Now you have added a red buy label button. Order Upload process have 'SKU' as a required field instead of 'Item Name'

We run our inventory based off of SKUs, not item names. Customer or Internal Notes - More Obvious Indicator

We have noticed that some customer and/or internal notes are being missed when shipping orders. Currently there is a small conversation bubble that appears next to the order number to signify that there are notes for the order.
