To totally streamline the order creation and speed, the system needs to autofill in the choice of carrier & carrier service - both of which the shopping cart software has already transmitted... and 99% of the time you be shipping the method the customer chose. If this is done, all we need to do is choose the box size and hit print - now that's 'shipping easy'...
I need to be able to split orders more than once.
Need ability in shipment creation to choose which products are in which boxes, their insured values, box sizes etc ... ups does this and would be nice feature... currently you need to split shipments which makes it 10x the amt of work.
Add Manual Orders button to top Navigation, parse and paste pop up not needed each time you print, too many clicks to send to print: When processing manual orders it would be faster to have the link at the top next to Orders in the Green Section rather than click on Orders, then Manual Orders each time I want to get back into it, it is an extra step to click on it each time rather than a direct link, I use Volusion to parse and paste the shipping address and a few seconds ...
Currently, the 'item_name' from the sales channel is what is used on packing slips. For my products, the product names contain SEO and other marketing information. The same product has different names on different sales channels. It would be better for packing orders if just the product name listed in the ShippingEasy catalog could be shown on packing slips. It would be great if each user could have the option to choose their own label sizes or the default set by the primary account. This way if one staff member deals with returns and needs to use a 8.5 x 11 format he can while another staff on a different account can use a 4 x 6 format.
Many times we will have a customer ask for a rate for shipping an 'XYZ' to Denver or Altoona. We should have a easily accessible rate calculator where you enter dimensions, weight, from zip, to zip, and you would get back quotes for both Priority, Fedex, and UPS based on what shipping easy would price them off. The current system requires you to have a valid street address, phone numbers, etc. and create a shipment before allowing shipping quotes. We don't want our cash...
There are multiple reasons why this would be helpful to our business. Often times, we need to log or record the total before shipping costs are added. Please add SUBTOTAL option to packing slips. Thank you

Would you consider making the super light pink just a tad darker. It is so hard to distinguish from the other items. It would reduce the risk of confusing orders if it were clearer which item you were selecting to ship. Thanks for you consideration.
Add more than 5 Quick Ship Options in the list + allow regional boxes to the list would like a list of 10 Love quick ship it takes several steps and clicks out of the process, I want more than 5 quick ship options for package types I ship most often in USPS including allowing Regional Box A, that I use daily.
Just to add a note to this topic. I'm not sure if this feature is or can become available but after much searching it seems this is on Endicia's end. I would like to see the ship to address be a much larger and bold fonts just so its much better read. by the carrier. Not sure if what i am saying makes any sense but......
We sell paint in aerosol cans which are packaged in boxes up to 12 each. So if a customer orders 30 cans this would show up as a single line item but with a qty of 30. We need to break this up into 3 boxes with 12 in 2 of the boxes and 6 in a third box, each with their own labels. At times we don't have the full qty in stock and ship what we have with the balance on back order. Once again splitting each line item up would make this easy
Is there any way to edit or remove the canned text? We need to be able to change the standard text because it is not exactly what we want to say. There's more that we need to add to that. Presently, you can add additional text above the canned text, but that is not really a solution. It looks bad. And there's no way to format it? Thanks

Etsy marketplace provides a field for customers to mark package as gift and add a gift message. This information doesn't get imported into shippingeasy. Could there be a place on the invoice to print this information out? Thank you.
We have many one of a kind or slow moving items, it would be easier to confirm the correct item is being picked if we have an image.
Issue: When combining sales orders from the Orders module, ShippingEasy does not combine the order and shipping totals that was imported from our sales channels. Our local post office is extremely anal about the date on the label being the exact day that you are shipping the package. As a customer coming from ShipStation we were able to change our settings so that ShipStation would automatically change the date on our labels to the next day after a certain time (3:30pm in our case). And they would also default to the next business day on holiday's that the Post Office is closed. Is this a feature that you can add to your system as ...
My office only ships to North and South America, but since our store is worldwide I see all of the worldwide orders and have no way of separating South American countries from European or Asian and have to manually look through hundreds of orders one by one to find what I'm looking for.

USPS allows a second line of information to be placed on the label which is not being utilized. I have some simple SKU information that I could place on this line to avoid printing a separate packing slip. This string value would be passed in via a param on the order information (Through the shipping API)
Why can't this be done? It's easier for me to split orders first, then combine later if two items in an order happen to be ready to ship at the same time. This leads to me doing a lot of manual ship status updates, which are annoying and inefficient. Thanks
It would be a great feature to be able to build a shipment with multiple boxes going to one address. I know that FedEx, UPS and DHL allow you to create a master tracking number that ties all included boxes with different tracking numbers back to one number. This allows packages that cannot fit in one box to be shipped, travel and deliver together. USPS does not allow multi-box shipping under one tracking number.
It is currently NOT possible to specify a value of the package and have that value transfer over to FedEx and Shopify. The reason for this feature request is that both FedEx and UPS only provide insurance on the packages sent up to $100. If the contents worth more, the value of the package needs to be specified at the time of shipment or the package will NOT be insured. I would like the ability to create a return label for drop-shipped orders without having to create a second manual order for the return. The ability to create a return label for any arbitrary shipment would be great, for instances of a warranty return or other shipments coming to our business that may not have previous shipment associated with it.
In the Packing Slip setup, could we add a checkbox for whether or not to print condition. We sell a lot of food products, and seeing 'New' next to an item infers that we would also sell food which is not 'New'. Imagine if above all of the meats in the supermarket there was a sign that said 'Unspoiled Meats' .... it would make you hesitate before buying...
