eBay has instituted a new order number system. Will Shipping Easy be downloading those numbers soon?
Currently, the 'item_name' from the sales channel is what is used on packing slips. For my products, the product names contain SEO and other marketing information. The same product has different names on different sales channels. It would be better for packing orders if just the product name listed in the ShippingEasy catalog could be shown on packing slips. Thanks.
There needs to be a way to edit the previous selection. I made a mistake and shipped a SKU in the wrong package. Now every time the package pops up it is going into the wrong item. I tried to make a phony order with the correct saved selection, added the order to my cart, but it seems you have to go all the way and pay for the label for the change to apply. I understand I can make a shipping rule to pull this one SKU, but I believe a simple way of changing the saved selec...
Etsy marketplace provides a field for customers to mark package as gift and add a gift message. This information doesn't get imported into shippingeasy. Could there be a place on the invoice to print this information out? Thank you.
It is a MUST for our company to be able to Batch Amazon Prime Orders!! I understand that I am not able to edit an order but I have hundreds of Prime orders that go in the same box and I NEED to be able to batch them!!! It is a pain having to do each one separately when I can just do it once with all other orders. I also need to be able to split an order. A little quirk in SE. As busy owners running our businesses, we shouldn't have to go into Store Update Exceptions to see if a tracking number wasn't updated. SE system should automatically retry 1 or 2 times over a span of 15 or 30 minutes. This would resolve some issues we have with exceptions that could have easily been resolved if SE would have auto-retried sending the tracking details. This seems to happen mostly with our Walmart orders.
We have many one of a kind or slow moving items, it would be easier to confirm the correct item is being picked if we have an image.

However, in doing this change the Shipping method prints out as a Code rather then the actual shipping carrier and service. Please offer a dropdown box to select a time to automatically post date orders for the next day. For instance, all orders after 12pm will postdate for the next day.
Issue: When combining sales orders from the Orders module, ShippingEasy does not combine the order and shipping totals that was imported from our sales channels. I want Customer comment and gift notes to show in Pick list.
It would be great if each user could have the option to choose their own label sizes or the default set by the primary account. This way if one staff member deals with returns and needs to use a 8.5 x 11 format he can while another staff on a different account can use a 4 x 6 format.

Many times we will have a customer ask for a rate for shipping an 'XYZ' to Denver or Altoona. We should have a easily accessible rate calculator where you enter dimensions, weight, from zip, to zip, and you would get back quotes for both Priority, Fedex, and UPS based on what shipping easy would price them off. i was wondering if you guys can add a warehouse bin / location column in the orders page so if you sort the orders by warehouse bin you can pick all the alike items together for larger shippers
A Remember this setting is needed for the ship date drop down calendar. Like in dazzle. Every time I run a batch, the ship date resets. It need to be remembered once it's forwarded.
There are multiple reasons why this would be helpful to our business. Often times, we need to log or record the total before shipping costs are added. Please add SUBTOTAL option to packing slips. Thank you
It would be nice to be able to choose which stores you would like to sync with instead of being forced to sync with them all. If I only want to work on ebay orders it would be nice to be able to chose only to sync with ebay. This would help with the time it takes to sync as well as the amount of orders you are dealing with on your dashboard/home screen.
Our local post office is extremely anal about the date on the label being the exact day that you are shipping the package. As a customer coming from ShipStation we were able to change our settings so that ShipStation would automatically change the date on our labels to the next day after a certain time (3:30pm in our case). And they would also default to the next business day on holiday's that the Post Office is closed. Is this a feature that you can add to your system as ...

My office only ships to North and South America, but since our store is worldwide I see all of the worldwide orders and have no way of separating South American countries from European or Asian and have to manually look through hundreds of orders one by one to find what I'm looking for.

I am unable to acquire my customer's phone numbers through the retail platform I use. Every time I ship a package via Fedex (which is often) I have to manually edit and type in my own phone number. There should be a feature where I can auto-populate the phone number field with my own contact info since their phone numbers are not applicable or available.
Unfortunately, there's no way to print a Pick List from Ready to Print page. Right now it is only available from the Orders page which is a bit premature in my opinion. Orders list is not the finalized list if you will. Once orders are moved to Ready to Ship page, there maybe address issues etc, so some orders maybe put on hold and returned back to Orders page. As such, the Pick List becomes incorrect and will not match to what will be printed with the labels. Redoing the ...
Please, please, please have the invoices, (whether on the printed shipping combo label or packing slip) sort them by sku number. Makes life SO much better for someone who has 300+ skus. When they aren't in order, it causes a much slower order filling time.
