  • Please let us print shipping labels with no postage.

    We have a 3rd party shipper that handles our smallest packages that don't have tracking. They have to add postage there, and only need a label from us with address and return address. As of right now we're unable to print this with SE and have to use unprofessional looking work around.  [ view more | comment ]

    We sometimes have customers who pick up their orders in our store so we will mark their packages as dropped shipped.  However, they still receive an email that their package is being shipped to them which freaks them out.  Can there be another feature from the mark as shipped category that is specifically for when a customers has picked up their item?  Thank you!     Make shipping communications among team members a huge time and frustration saver by enabling an option to add more detailed "per customer packaging information".  ie, when a label is printed, information on the label shows that the customers' order is to be shipped in a small bubble mailer. This info would have been input by the team member that chooses the shipping criteria for each order. Then the Order Processing team member knows what to pack the order in. [ view more | comment ]

    I do not think there is a way to manually choose which packing slip to be printed? I would like to print a different packaging slip when it's a replacement order, and yet a different packing slip when I am including a return tag with the correct item.  In my orders program I get a drop down list of all templates I created in my print options but I do not process my replacement orders thru that program.   Ut would even be great if I could set a rule of if the text "R" or "R...   • Make eBay Buyer ID's Searchable

    I've noticed that since the Buyer ID integration, you are unable to actually search based on Buyer ID. This would be incredibly helpful since--as I'm sure many of us who sell on eBay will vouch for--dealing with returns or exchanges via eBay is a hassle because the buyer ID is shown but no order number within eBay's system.     I would love for you to convert your "Clear Order" feature into an "Archive" feature, so that those orders are never lost. The other option is to add a new action for "Archive" order.   • Add order number to Canada (International) Labels

    The order number shows on some other International labels under the invoice field, but there's no such field on Canada labels. Since order number is on all other labels, I've taken to marking my boxes with order number. Having to identify Canadian packages with something else like last name, is an unnecessary complexity.     Can I generate a report to show how much I saved by using ShippingEasy versas shipping through USPS directly? ShippingEasy tells me per transaction how much I saved, but I would like to generate a monthly report. Is that possible? I don't see an option for that when generating a report.     My company has found the most efficient way to pack our shipments is to have the SKU number printed on the label.  This has been working great for the USPS shipments we've been doing.  However, we've negotiated rates with UPS and have started using them instead. UPS offers 2 reference lines at the bottom of the label.  You currently only use one of those - for the order number.   Can you please allow us to use the second line to put SKU's on just like the USPS allows? When an order comes through and then we run the credit card and it declines we send an email to the customer and in SparkPay Admin we close the order. This clears it from ShippingEasy, but in some cases the customer will call us and fix the credit card issue so we reopen the order.
