Search Shipped orders by tranOrder Ref ID

With eBay, the "Order ID' that ShippingEasy is using is what eBay calls "Sales record" number and that does not appear anywhere outside of our eBay Order pages.  When we get, for example, a customer inquiry about shipment status, that message does not include the Sales record number and therefore we are unable to easily find that shipment within ShippingEasy to respond to the customer.  Those messages also normally do not include the other information we can search by, buy...

Is there the ability to add a wildcard character when I filter by SKU in the orders page?  I tried * and ? and neither worked

Add bin with Qty to bottom of shipping label

Add the bin location and the qty at the bottom of the shipping label or simply allow us to customize byt selecting what rubber stamps we want in the middle/right of the label and at the bottom.

Allow printing labels/packing slips by Warehouse/Bin location

I know you can kind of do this by sorting them by the warehouse/bin location in the order page, but this doesn't always work well. In shipstation, I this is my default shipping label/packing slip printing preference. When I hit print, it just automatically orders them that way. Be able to update Shipping Preferences add Saved Selections to orders in the Orders Page

It would really speed things up for me and I assume others if I could do all my shipping preferences right from the order page, instead of having to batch it or add it to the shipping tab.  I've noticed some of the orders will allow me to Update the saved selection, but that only seems to work about 1/2 the time. Show requested shipping service on ready to ship page

It is easy to make a mistake and chose the wrong shipping service on the "Ready to ship" page as the requested shipping service is not visible on the page (only after clicking on "View Requested Service").

Able to see if package is insured in order details page

HI, Currently we are only allowed to see if insurance was purchase or not via Shipment History. When there's a lot of orders or many days have passed, it takes a lot of time to go down the lists one by one to locate that order under Shipment History to know if it was insured or not. It will be best if that detail can be shown under the orders detail page.

Multi-box shipment is a cumbersome process

Yesterday I had to create Fedex labels for a 17 box shipment.  They were all the same dimensions and weights.  It's such a simple thing to do on Fedex.com because I can just enter that info once and set the quantity to "17" and I don't have to enter each box separately.  ShippingEasy should be able to do that, too.  In fact, once I got past the 13th box, the remaining boxes that I was trying to add went right off the bottom of my screen and I couldn't scroll down to contin...

No change to the label settings when shipping multi-packages

From the ShippingEasy knowledge base: "For both Domestic and International, only the 4" x 6" Label or 4" x 6" Label (w/ Packing Slip) options, for printing to 4" x 6" label paper, are compatible." This is true, but I don't understand why.  I like to print my labels 2-per-page, so I have to go into the settings to change that any time I get a multi-piece order.  Seems like that should be an easy fix. 

Email Date

Currently, the dates displayed in the email are in MM-DD-YYYY format.   Is there any chance that this format could be changed or customized in the future? Personally, I'd like to display Date, Month Day, Year. EX: Wednesday, September 7, 2016.

Estimated shipping cost for split orders - can we revise the estimated shipping cost?

When we split an order, say 4 parts, with the original shipping estimate of $79 on each part of the split. Obviously, that’s not accurate. Our boss likes to get the report of how much shippingeasy saves him vs what the volusion shipping estimate is. If we could edit the shipping estimate of $79 for each of the split orders, it would give him that info.

Shipping Easy Communicating with Magento After Shipment

Just switched over from Dazzle to Shipping Easy. So far everything has been going smooth except for the status Shipping Easy/Magento places the shipped orders into. In Magento, we have our shipped orders marked as "shipped." This is required in order for our FOH system to sync with Magento and our website correctly.  Since Shipping Easy is having these marked as COMPLETE in Magento we are having to manually go back in and change them to SHIPPED status in Magento at the end...

Pick list printed checkbox on the orders page - similar to the one that exists for packing slips

If there could be a checkbox indicating that the pick list has been printed - that would be really helpful. It seems that this could be an easy fix since this already exists for the packing slip. Please and Thank you.

External Notes for Shipments

Can we have a place to add external notes for shipments? Something that will show when a customer gets the shipment email? This way the customer can see that we acknowledged their 'leave by the front door' request, or that we noted 'shipment 1 of 2'.   We also ship B2B, and some businesses want cartons to have SSCC numbers or other identifiers. It would be nice to be able to include this.

Add fields to Shipping detail line on Packing Slip

We also sell B2B, and businesses that receive product from us want THEIR item number listed on the packing slip. It would be great to have space to add that. It would also be nice to have a separate UPC field that could be added, so that both the SKU and the UPC would show, rather than an either or situation like we have now. Option for a logo on the top right of the label?

Hello, A lot of other shipping/label programs have an option to insert your own logo at the top right of the label (where the Endicia barcode is right now). I couldn't find any options to customize this. Is this something that ShippingEasy will be adding any time soon? Cheers

Add Alternate Order Number as display option on Shipments page

We'd like to be able to display the Alternate Order Number on the Shipments page (specifically the Ready to Ship page). We currently have three Shopify stores hooked into ShippingEasy, and two of the stores are at about the same order number, serially speaking. It would be easier to tell which shipment belonged to which store if we could see the Alternate Order Number on this page, since the stores use different prefixes. Feature Request: Ready to Ship Page

Greetings, This might sound a bit trivial, but it would save a lot of time for me. When the Ready to Ship Opens or Refreshes can you have the Cursor Start in the "Enter Order #" Field. We ship from the Packing Slip with a Bar Code and after shipping one item, we have to put the cursor in the "Enter Order #" Field, then scan. I really would save a lot of time. Thanks. Kirk Kryger

USPS Domestic Label Customization

I just received the email from Jack Ship which highlights the ability to print item descriptions on the USPS domestic label. This is cool and indicates that you are indeed able to pull additional fields onto this label.    Amazon has a requirement to show a Business Purchase PO on the mailing label if provided by the Buyer. Add "Ships Individually" for packages

There are items that ships individually, so if we add 3 items to the order it should create 3 labels, now it thinks those 3 items ship in 1 box. Right now you guys have this option "only" if we are setup for 4x6 labels or we split the shipment. Shipping "Easy" is your business, please make it flexible and easier by allowing to mark packages ship individually to print multiple labels without going through the hassle of splitting orders or changing the label setup, thanks

Cancel and duplicate in one step

Usually when we cancel a label at shipping time it is because we discovered an error, in which case we want to also create a new label with the corrections.  It would be good, and less confusing for my folks, to be able to have Cancel & Duplicate as a drop down option, or perhaps the option to create new on the cancellation confirmation popup.

Printing 3.5" x 5" Labels

Hello. I use 3.5 x 5 inch labels (4 per 8.5 x 11 inch page). They would match Avery 5168 labels. Return Shipping Label format vs. Default Shipping Label Format
