    Hi ShippingEasy -  My request pertains to label settings - it would be nice if we could set up unique label styles per store or type. Examples: We use a combo label/packing slip.  But for UPS or FedEx orders with multiple boxes, we have to go in and change the label settings to regular 4x6 labels.  It would be nice if there were a way to set that automatically, since if someone forgets to change the label setting back, we have a problem!   • Request For Sending Two Types of Emails - Depending on whether it is return or exchange

    We need to be able to choose and send two different types of emails when we use return shipping. Some return shipping is for a complete return while other return shipping is for an exchange. We need the option to be able to choose one of the two templates whenever we process return shipping.     We are coming from a magento store using shipworks, and now on a shopify store and trying to use shippingeasy, but quickly finding limitations. Our previous setup, we use shipworks to filter/categorize orders, and have email rules to send an order status update to our customers.  this way, if we mark an item as "backordered", it will put it into a backorder category and notify our customer.     Hey guys, I'm incredibly excited about ShippingEasy.  The one issue I'm trying to plan for I'm certain is costing most of your customers money ( I know it will us) from time to time and it's very avoidable.  I think is a simple fix is to make it so at the pack screen in order to mark an item packed, add the option to do it by barcode.     We have had some instances where the shipping crew has shipped UPS Ground packages to PO Boxes. It's kind of an easy error to make since they aren't actually looking at the full addresses online, only name and town. But of course UPS ground does not delivery to PO Boxes. It would be great if you would build something into the system that would prevent this from happening.     I need to be able to customize the From address for each shipment.  Occasionally the sender will have a different zip code than the one we are sending from as well. We ship about 200-400 priority mail packages per month this way. The current work around by adding an address to the address book and then going back to select it would be to cumbersome to use.   The ability to check off a box that allows us to update the ship from fields would fix this issue.     It'd be great if there was a way either resync orders from the original source into Shipping easy or to run an order back through autoship.     For example.  A customer purchases a shirt by method of a product variation drop down box.  They then have the option to add a hat, by checking a box (product Add-on).  I receive an email notification from WooCommerce regarding the new order, and all of the order information is there.  The shirt, and the hat the customer added on.     It is easy to miss clicking the search bar, scan a packing slip, *thinking* the new item is displayed, but really you are not on that item. In a past experience, the app took you to that item no matter what page you were on, or where you were on that page. :) [ view more | comment ]

When an order comes through and then we run the credit card and it declines we send an email to the customer and in SparkPay Admin we close the order. This clears it from ShippingEasy, but in some cases the customer will call us and fix the credit card issue so we reopen the order.     Every day we get calls from customers with request to change their shipping address, add or subtract a product, etc. When we make changes in Sparkpay these changes are not picked up by Shipping Easy. As a result the only way to get the correct information on the order is to manually enter it when shipping. Not only is does this slow us down, but it is an area of potential errors.     Currently the Shipping Easy platform is unable to create scan based returns (printing out a return with each shipping label printed) for FedEx shipments.  This is done for USPS shipments.     An end of day sheet that the FedEx driver could scan as an acceptance sheet would be very helpful. When shipping large volumes the drivers are reluctant to scan every package. As the shipper I am not covered by my insurance until the package is accepted and if there is ever an issue between the time I had the package to the driver and it gets scanned at the terminal we bear all the liability.     We ship a welcome kit on the first shipment and then a refill on each subsequent shipment. The only differentiation from Shopify is in order tags that note "first order" or "recurring order".
