  • Amazon Order Item ID Number

    When the Amazon sales channel is connected to Shipping Easy, the Amazon orders come through with an Amazon Order Item ID Number.  A more meaning number would be the Amazon Order Number.  If the Order Item ID is important to some sellers, then the Amazon Order Number should appear somewhere on the order or replace the Order Item ID if it is not being used so selllers.   • Global Express Guaranteed. We need this option.

    As of now ShippingEasy does not offer the Global Express Guaranteed shipping method. The only way to ship a package using this method is to go to the post office or use USPS.com's Click n Ship tool. It would be great to have that method in ShippingEasy so we can do all of our shipping in the same place.    ShippingEasy is awesome and are so grateful our business uses it.  [ view more | comment ]

  • Store update failure notification

    We really need to be notified by email if a shipment fails to update the order in the source store.  I had this happen recently and didn't notice until the next day when the order was still showing in one of my eBay stores.  I updated the information immediately but eBay still shows this as a tracking defect for being uploaded late.  This particular store does not have a high sales volume, one more such event will put us over the 95% compliance required for Top Rated Selle...   • Add order number to Canada (International) Labels

    The order number shows on some other International labels under the invoice field, but there's no such field on Canada labels. Since order number is on all other labels, I've taken to marking my boxes with order number. Having to identify Canadian packages with something else like last name, is an unnecessary complexity.     I am using an woocommerce with shippingeasy.  Currently, when a customer wants to exchange or return a product, they email us and we create a Return label using our Shipping Easy software. And we purchase the postage and it automatically gets emailed to them.   • backordered items on packing slip

    We use a combo packing slip/label. We often have customers order items that are in stock along with items that require production and take longer to ship/also backorders. Currently we split those orders to be able to ship what is in stock but have no way to indicate through shipping easy on our packing slip that there may be items in that order that will be shipped separately.     Hello, I am trying to edit my shipping label and packing slip. Until recently, I was able to print a USPS label on the top half of the page and leave the bottom half blank and half a full page packing slip on the next page. Right now, when i create a label, I get a label on the top half of the first page, and a packing slip on the bottom half of the first page, and then a full page packing slip.     I am using APC for our international shipping. Their rates are great but the rates do not interface into shippingeasy. I would like to be able to enter the rate manually so that I can run profitability reports on my shipping. Currently, any international shipment is showing 100% profit on the shipping charge.Ideally would be to edit when creating the shipment, but even if it was just editable after the fact in a form or spreadsheet, or as a selection from shipping history....     Hello ShippingEasy Team We sell home water tests on www.mytapscore.com Customers need to send us their water samples so we send them a sampling package with a scan-based pre-paid return label.     Can I generate a report to show how much I saved by using ShippingEasy versas shipping through USPS directly? ShippingEasy tells me per transaction how much I saved, but I would like to generate a monthly report. Is that possible? I don't see an option for that when generating a report.   • Edit Ship To Address when creating Return Label

    There are instances where we need one store to ship a package to another store to fix an error. And we would prefer not to have the package come all the way back to us and then have to send it out again. But the Ship To address always defaults to our shop address and cannot be edited in the Ready To Ship page.   • Increase combined length of address/company fields

  • Automatically Advance Ship Date After - for UPS

    This feature works fine when processing a shipment manually from the dashboard.  However, it does not appear to be working for Instalabels (Purchase and print label (InstantLabel)).  For example, the shipping date is automatically advanced one day for orders manually processed.  Using shipping rules and using the Purchase and print label (InstantLabel) function, it does not use the advance ship date for UPS labels.  I have spoken to Jacen today and he agreed with my observ...     I know you can edit the "FROM" address once you've entered the manual address, but half of the time, by then, I've forgotten and the FROM address is the default one and not the one that I want. We have 8 "FROM" addresses. Only 3 automatically pull into Shipping Easy (and therefore choose the correct FROM address), but when we are entering any that don't automatically pull in, it would be nice if RIGHT ON THE ADDRESS ENTRY PAGE, that I could select from ...     Ebay Global Shipping charges do not print correctly on invoices/packing slips.  It omits the "Import Charges" that the Ebay Global Shipping program imposes on orders. The order total comes across correctly but if you add things up you find that the displayed shipping charges are incorrect (short by the import portion of the bill).     My company sells sensitive products that a significant amount of our customers do not want delivered to their home. Usually, they'll have it sent to work, a friend's house, that type of thing. Increasingly, customers are asking for USPS Hold for Pickup, but this is not supported in ShippingEasy. It would be a huge lifesaver for us, and the USPS API already supports this.   • Create Duplicate Shipment

    I have used the Create Duplicate Shipment function in the past to create a label for a replacement shipment.  I just realized today that actually updates the shipping information on the original shipment, and causes that order to show as being shipped late. This is not what I expected at all.  The function as it is implemented is actually Reship This Order.  Can we get a function for Create New Shipment or something to that effect.     This is a pretty basic feature that Shipstation offers.  It allows me to run reports on Drop ship orders for example so that I can send those to my vendors to automatically create orders. It also makes it easier for me to do some order Analysis.  Right now, I have had to pay the minimum shipstation fee just so I could keep access to those types of reports.   • Order Categories descriptive text

    It would be great if we could have the Order Categories name show when hovering over the color flag.  I think it too much to expect people doing the shipping to remember what a red color means and what they are supposed to do.  For example, we have one for PO Box address, I can't always remember what the color is for that to be able to quickly identify those so as to not select UPS.  We also need to be aware that there are people in the population who are color blind.     When I ship with UPS and FedEx (normal) we have the option to have a document tab (tear off bottom portion) that contains the tracking information.  We put this on our original sales order and any staff member has access to it and can get tracking information for customers.   [ view more | comment ]
