    Hello! Our business just moved offices, and the new local post office is horrible. They’ve lost packages coming to our office (shipping supplies, packaging etc..) and they’ve lost customer packages going out. So we decided to pay for UPS pickup and delivery. I create labels through your partnership with Storenvy, but the only option is to print USPS labels.   • Mexico International Customs cannot be over $400.00 USD

    When Shipping Easy pulls my orders going to Mexico it puts the Mexican Dollars (MXD) into the declared value into customs form. The customs form is asking for the declared value in US Dollars (USD). The problem here is you cannot have a customs form with a declared value over $400 USD. So when there is a sale in MXD the amount is pulled and put into the declared value as if its a USD sale, Any item priced over $400.00 MXD gives us an error. This then forces us to do the ex...         ShippingEasy needs to allow a separate funding source for all ShipInsurance charges. Why? The use-case is that I am a consultant and I want to offer a complete solution to my clients.     I have a UPS I-Parcel developer ready to interface with someone at shipping easy or a developer that can do this. Set fulfill flag when an international order is printed from the I-Parcel Dashboard.To set up this fulfillment communication. Currently, when an international order is taken through the I-Parcel system it will create an order in Shopify with the fulfillment flag set to unfulfilled. We will pay a developer for this.     I want to see all the item sold to a customer without have to open each order individually. Say I have 10 Multiple Items order. I would have to click on 10 different links to see what actually sold.         Currently, SE allows paying accounts to replace a 130x260 rectangle (I think?) with their own logo.     Non-paying accounts get... nothing.     May I suggest a compromise which I think will benefit non-paying SE accountt holders & SE as well.    In the case of non-paying accounts, that rectangle could be split into two parts-- each which a 130 pixel square, and one would be the SE logo, the other would be the users logo.     I don't see a down side-- SE continues to ad...   • Email alerts when a return label is scanned in at USPS

    Hi there, Our company is rental-based, so we're always generating return labels to ship with the item. It would definitely shorten our time between shipments and increase overall output if we were able to receive an email that a package is on its way. Currently we have to have the customer tell us that they've shipped something back, we wait a day for USPS to update the tracking, check the tracking just to make sure, and then ship out.     There needs to be a way to edit the previous selection. I made a mistake and shipped a SKU in the wrong package. Now every time the package pops up it is going into the wrong item.  I tried to make a phony order with the correct saved selection, added the order to my cart, but it seems you have to go all the way and pay for the label for the change to apply.     I would like to receive a notification if an order takes at least a week to ship. I need this functionality specifically for international orders so I don't have to wait for customers to ask where their package might be.  I see this happening in a couple of ways: 1. High level setting to receive an email whenever any package takes of X days to arrive and doesn't have a status of being delivered 2.     Please make an option to set the store currency, and show it with prices on the customs form and packing slip. For international orders, we keep getting asked about the currency. We are not asking for currency conversion. We just want show that the prices are in US$. This has to be a more common issue. All commercial invoices should show what currency the prices are in!     On occasion we need to print a different packing slip than the standard on that we print for most of our orders. We have made a packing slip for "Blind" shipping, basically a packing slip w/o the products listed that were purchased as well as no shipping rates displayed.   Currently we do this by switching our template setting to the Blind Ship option and print the needed packing slip, then switch back to our standard packing slip.     It would be helpful to be able to select a series of orders which are in the general order queue, and output a CSV file where it shows the quantities of each SKU currently in the queue.  Current / Unshipped orders Selected Output to CSV to show quantities per SKU.   Will reduce the number of times our employees need to travel to pick orders, especially with multiple item orders.     2 things can be added to the packing slips to be more helpful for us and I'm sure many other companies. 1. A subtotal line/field would be great. We basically use the packing slips as our sales receipts and it makes it easier for entering when there are multiple items on the slip. 2. The packing slips do not have be a full page.     I know SE can't send emails to Amazon customers, but it would be a nice help for our own reference if WE got shipment confirmation emails for all of our Amazon orders.   • Make eBay Buyer ID's Searchable

    I've noticed that since the Buyer ID integration, you are unable to actually search based on Buyer ID. This would be incredibly helpful since--as I'm sure many of us who sell on eBay will vouch for--dealing with returns or exchanges via eBay is a hassle because the buyer ID is shown but no order number within eBay's system.
