  • Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime - Packaging Options Missing

    The USPS Flat Rate Padded Mailer is often the cheapest way to send a Prime order.  This option is available directly on Amazon, but it is missing from ShippingEasy.  Please add this option to ShippingEasy.  Thanks! [ view more | comment ]

    Hello:   Is it possible (is there are variable) so that when I send a shipping confirmation email, only the recipients first name is used?   • Send US a shipment confirmation for Amazon orders

    I know SE can't send emails to Amazon customers, but it would be a nice help for our own reference if WE got shipment confirmation emails for all of our Amazon orders.     These things aren't showing and I need them to work or I'll need to find another shipping service platform. I am now on M 2.2.2 Color & Size (showing attribute field on backend and not front-end) Coupon codes (we used to be able to see green “gift” icon to see the gift card or coupon code used, we could then click on the order to see what they used.   • Make eBay Buyer ID's Searchable

    I've noticed that since the Buyer ID integration, you are unable to actually search based on Buyer ID. This would be incredibly helpful since--as I'm sure many of us who sell on eBay will vouch for--dealing with returns or exchanges via eBay is a hassle because the buyer ID is shown but no order number within eBay's system.   • Pull in Partially Fulfilled orders from Shopify

    We need to have ShippingEasy pull in Partially Fulfilled orders from Shopify. When a customer purchases items and a gift card on our site the Gift Card is processed immediately which sets the order to a Partially Fulfilled status. Then the items just sit there and never get ported over to ShippingEasy so our shipping department never gets notified of the order and pick tickets can not be created.  Setting the gift card to NOT auto fulfill in Shopify is NOT an option for us.  [ view more | comment ]

    ShippingEasy needs to add a similar HOLD feature as what's offered by ShipStation, whereby the user selects an order to place on hold, designates the date on which the order should ship, and then the order is hidden from the queue until that date, at which point in time, the order appears back in the queue.  Creating and assigning Categories is not a comparable alternative.     Hi, It would be great if the character limits were longer for both company name and address fields. Our Americommerce shopping cart connects directly with ShippingEasy and the character limit in Shipping Easy just caused a record lock out. I chatted with Rewa (who is most awesome) and she was able to move the shipment back to an edit mode. Anyhow, the 35 character limit on org name was the problem.     Hi, this should be very simple, and will save me a lot of time from having to scroll down to hit Continue all the time. When I'm uploading manual orders using CSV, after selecting the CSV file and hitting Upload, it takes me to the screen where I map the columns to the fields. This is pre-saved, so I never have to change the mapping, so I just scroll down and hit continue.     It is very helpful to have the product options on a separate line using "name_and_product_options, but it would be a lot better if the type of product option, ie "Optional Engraving", was separate from the option value.  Either in separate columns OR plenty of space between the two OR the option value being in bold.     When customer shipment confirmation emails are sent, ShippingEasy "personalizes" the outgoing email address with the name from the default shipping address in the current store. In my use case (and imagine many others) it would be better to be able to set the email alias as an option at the account level.     After I have selected the wrong container and need to add more postage, you have to recreate a new label edit the shipping container and procedure is to cancel the first shipment and request a refund, wait to get reimbursed which causes delay and extra processing and time for your dept and mine.     Hi, We are using the group by batch function all the time now and love it.  Would it be possible to make the batch ID available in the ShippingEasy API post back call?  It would be helpful for me to have the batch id posted back to the order.  that way if there were issues we'd know what other orders may have been affected.  For example - we handled around 8000 orders in a 3 day window - running around 100 orders per batch - and then printing 5-6 batches at a time.  The pr...     Hello, It should be a standard feature for all plans, including the starter, to get a year end total for all shipping costs incurred for that year. Similar standard fee reports are standard with my other accounts such as Shopify and PayPal with no additional cost. I realize the starter plan with SE is free.
