  • Importing csv information directly into the REF2 field

    We are a manufacturing service business in which our customers send us parts and issue a PO, we coat their parts and send them back, using ShippingEasy. We currently export data from FileMaker to a csv file and then import that data into ShippingEasy. On our shipping labels, REF1 prints fine with our internal Order Number.  Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a way to get our customer's PO number onto the shipping label in the REF2 position.     Please add multiple shipping addresses as a feature! It would be great if this was a built-in feature.   • Edit Weight of Additional Package

    You recently changed the way we can add an additional package to the shipment by removing the "plus" sign button and replacing it with an "Additional Package(s)" link, which is nice, because the that new additional package link now always shows up, rather than before you had to have the package type selected to "Package" before that plus button would show up.     This is one of the biggest problems we've had with Shipping Easy so far. For Fedex international the default recipient is set to sender. I really don't need to say much more.. but before we were aware of this we sent out a number of batch shipments without fully understanding or knowing we needed to change it.   • Enable product name from catalog to be used on packing slips

    Currently, the 'item_name' from the sales channel is what is used on packing slips.  For my products, the product names contain SEO and other marketing information.  The same product has different names on different sales channels.     We offer a "Build Your Own Bundle" option for a specific line of products through the 'Bundle Builder' app by Agile.     It would be amazing if we could auto select that the customer/receiver always pays the duties.  Instead of always having to check to make sure that is selected.  Sometimes we forget to check that and then are stuck with that part of the bill and loose money on it. [ view more | comment ]

    Hello, Why is there no feature for creating labels shipping from an international address?  We have a supplier in Taiwan and want to make the labels for them to ship to our customers in the US.  This is what drop shipping is all about, if we're able to create a label originating from international address to the US on USPS's or UPS's website that should be reflected onto ShippingEasy as well.     Why is there no feature to make a label from another country to the US? This would be useful to dropshippers. Its possible to do it on USPS or UPS's own website, I don't see why that can't be reflected on ShippingEasy.  One of my suppliers is in Taiwan and I would like to use my discounts to create a label for them use to dropship my products to customers.     Make shipping communications among team members a huge time and frustration saver by enabling an option to add more detailed "per customer packaging information".  ie, when a label is printed, information on the label shows that the customers' order is to be shipped in a small bubble mailer. This info would have been input by the team member that chooses the shipping criteria for each order. Then the Order Processing team member knows what to pack the order in. [ view more | comment ]

    I do not think there is a way to manually choose which packing slip to be printed? I would like to print a different packaging slip when it's a replacement order, and yet a different packing slip when I am including a return tag with the correct item.  In my orders program I get a drop down list of all templates I created in my print options but I do not process my replacement orders thru that program.   Ut would even be great if I could set a rule of if the text "R" or "R...     ShippingEasy ("SE") currently has permissions which can be applied to each user. But regardless, users will have those same permissions for all stores. This is a big deficiency for SE customers that have drop shippers, or SE customers that are fulfilment services with many stores.    Our fulfilment service uses SE.     When Shipping Easy pulls my orders going to Mexico it puts the Mexican Dollars (MXD) into the declared value into customs form. The customs form is asking for the declared value in US Dollars (USD). The problem here is you cannot have a customs form with a declared value over $400 USD. So when there is a sale in MXD the amount is pulled and put into the declared value as if its a USD sale, Any item priced over $400.00 MXD gives us an error. This then forces us to do the ex...         ShippingEasy needs to allow a separate funding source for all ShipInsurance charges. Why? The use-case is that I am a consultant and I want to offer a complete solution to my clients.     I have a UPS I-Parcel developer ready to interface with someone at shipping easy or a developer that can do this. Set fulfill flag when an international order is printed from the I-Parcel Dashboard.To set up this fulfillment communication. I would have to click on 10 different links to see what actually sold.         Currently, SE allows paying accounts to replace a 130x260 rectangle (I think?) with their own logo.     Non-paying accounts get... nothing.     May I suggest a compromise which I think will benefit non-paying SE accountt holders & SE as well.    In the case of non-paying accounts, that rectangle could be split into two parts-- each which a 130 pixel square, and one would be the SE logo, the other would be the users logo.     I don't see a down side-- SE continues to ad...
