  • UPS guaranteed delivery date. Time in transit.

    Currently shipping easy does not have the time in transit and guaranteed delivery date for UPS shipments. We must go to the UPS.com website and click "CALCULATE TIME AND COST" to see the delivery dates for each service. For example: A ground delivery may only take 2 days so it would not make sense to choose 2 day air for this delivery when it only takes 2 days when you choose ground shipping.   • No FedEx or UPS to PO Boxes

    I know it is user error, but it sure would be nice to have something to prevent the user who is not paying attention from selecting UPS or FedEx to a PO Box. Even with shipping rules to set it to a default of USPS, our shipping people look for the lowest cost and select FedEx or UPS to a PO Box.   • Editing Date Format

    We include both the order date and ship date on our packing slips. However, the default format for order date is MM/DD/YYYY, while the default format for ship date is YYYY/MM/DD. We list these one on top of the other and the differing formats looks sloppy and is confusing. I was informed there is no way to edit the preferred format at this time.     We can either set the sender or the recipient as the default payor for import tax and duties for FedEx international shipments, however, we cannot add a 3rd party FedEx account as the default payor, please consider adding this function for us. Thanks [ view more | comment ]

  • Choice in Store for Manual Orders | Reporting

    It would be a useful feature to be able to choose what CSV store to choose from when hitting the "Manual Order" button. We use manual orders to make corrections on shipping labels that we have already created incorrectly. With multiple stores we need to be able to separate these manual orders to add them into our individual stores shipping margins.   • Order Category Color Code

    I would like to see the color coded Order Categories have a label (identifier/name of rule) that appears when the color is hovered over. It will make it easier to know what to do with the order on the orders page.     I would like the option to create a rule to fill in the UPS Reference Field(s). I frequently ship a 'limited quantity' hazardous material - paint.     The Mark as Shipped feature is very inconvenience at shipping easy for drop shipper. We need to copy and past the tracking one by one now. Please add a feature like shipstation that we can past all tracking at once and hit upload. Then will receive a report that they are success or not.     The packing slip function in ShippingEasy works great, although it does not have the option to make attributes of an item larger or smaller. The following bolded code for this is as follows: {{ shipment.line_items | sort: 'name' | columns: 'qty sku name_and_product_options' }} You cannot modify any of these attributes (bold, italicize, etc.) otherwise it breaks the templating feature of this code and it does not work.     Combining orders doesn't combine totals on new packing slip. Seems like a simple thing to implement. We always include the packing slip, but dealing with combined orders has added additional manual work since providing the new packing slip would be confusing for our customer.   • Importing csv information directly into the REF2 field

    We are a manufacturing service business in which our customers send us parts and issue a PO, we coat their parts and send them back, using ShippingEasy. We currently export data from FileMaker to a csv file and then import that data into ShippingEasy. On our shipping labels, REF1 prints fine with our internal Order Number.  Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a way to get our customer's PO number onto the shipping label in the REF2 position.     You recently changed the way we can add an additional package to the shipment by removing the "plus" sign button and replacing it with an "Additional Package(s)" link, which is nice, because the that new additional package link now always shows up, rather than before you had to have the package type selected to "Package" before that plus button would show up.     This is one of the biggest problems we've had with Shipping Easy so far. For Fedex international the default recipient is set to sender. I really don't need to say much more.. but before we were aware of this we sent out a number of batch shipments without fully understanding or knowing we needed to change it.     Currently, the 'item_name' from the sales channel is what is used on packing slips.  For my products, the product names contain SEO and other marketing information.  The same product has different names on different sales channels.     We offer a "Build Your Own Bundle" option for a specific line of products through the 'Bundle Builder' app by Agile.     Why is there no feature to make a label from another country to the US? This would be useful to dropshippers. Its possible to do it on USPS or UPS's own website, I don't see why that can't be reflected on ShippingEasy.  One of my suppliers is in Taiwan and I would like to use my discounts to create a label for them use to dropship my products to customers.     Make shipping communications among team members a huge time and frustration saver by enabling an option to add more detailed "per customer packaging information".  ie, when a label is printed, information on the label shows that the customers' order is to be shipped in a small bubble mailer.     I do not think there is a way to manually choose which packing slip to be printed?     ShippingEasy ("SE") currently has permissions which can be applied to each user. But regardless, users will have those same permissions for all stores. This is a big deficiency for SE customers that have drop shippers, or SE customers that are fulfilment services with many stores.    Our fulfilment service uses SE.
