Disconnect return label from auto response through seller such as eBay, Amaozon

Every time I make a return label with a amazon purchaser amazon sends a standard notice which it records as a return.  Returns count against your status with Amazon.  Sometimes the return label is not actually a return but part of warranty claim where item returned is being replaced under warranty.  The less theu know of my transactions the better.

Add Pick List to Shipping Label

Please consider adding the option of printing most of the pick list on the USPS shipping label.  It currently prints the order ID which is rather useless since you still have to refer to the order on the computer. This would save paper/ink since we won't have to print a separate pick list. It can print the order options or SKU depending on the store it is pulling the order from. Edit the shipping label

I really need the function where we can edit the label where we can revise the sku, description, order#, and any of the fields. Otherwise, having to delete and recreate a new label each time really is a pain and very time consuming and easy to have errors. I hope this feature will be out soon.

Edit manual orders after getting a rate

ShippingEasy Update: This is a duplicate. Please see this alternate thread. Currently, unless I am misinformed, once you build a manual order and hit "save and get a rate", you cannot make any changes to the order ie. weight, item quantities without clearing the order and starting over. Allowing the user to edit a manual order after this step would be great.

Create item list for quicker manual orders

In a retail/wholesale business, there are several products or items that are in stock year round so when creating a manual order, it would be a huge time saver to be able to grab a product from a drop down menu tied to a item list created by the shipper. It would populate description, price, weight, etc.

Multi-box shipment

It would be a great feature to be able to build a shipment with multiple boxes going to one address. I know that FedEx, UPS and DHL allow you to create a master tracking number that ties all included boxes with different tracking numbers back to one number. This allows packages that cannot fit in one box to be shipped, travel and deliver together. USPS does not allow multi-box shipping under one tracking number.

PDF label/packing slip creation

ShippingEasy Update: This is a duplicate. Please see this thread. With the changeover to direct printing using ConnectEasy, we no longer have the ability to get a copy of a Packing Slip or Label in a pdf format to send via email.  These are sometimes needed after the fact for a lost return label, an insurance claim, or many other reasons. Pick List Consolidation, Titles and Export

I would like to see the ability to combine and consolidate multiple batch pick lists into one ..... Ability to designate shipment's value and have it transfer to UPS/FedEx (for insurance purposes)

It is currently NOT possible to specify a value of the package and have that value transfer over to FedEx and Shopify. The reason for this feature request is that both FedEx and UPS only provide insurance on the packages sent up to $100. Customs label changes

I have a shop that only sells different varieties of the same general type of merchandise.  Let's say cell phone accessories for example. Right now you can pre-fill the customs form for all international shipments, and that's fantastic.  BUT if you have a customer that has ordered more than 5 items it won't fit on the USPS customs form 4x6 label.  It wants to print "cell phone accessories" 12 times if they've ordered 12 items. Packing Slip - Remove/Add Tracking number and Order Date to leave room for coupons

Make it easy to handle orders with recurring shipments

My issue is that most of my customers buy orders for 4, 8 or 12 months worth of shipments. So i only get one initial order, and then i need to create labels each month. Add "Rubber Stamps" to shipping labels

"Rubber Stamps" is this feature on Shipworks that allows you to print custom text directly onto the shipping label. I use it to print out the order eBay SKUs that way I don't have to print a packing slip or pick list. It's completely automatic too. Auto Print Packing Slip when Orders come in

Include or "Drop-Ship" or "Walk-In" as shipping methods

As of now, the only way to clear a drop shipped order or, an order picked up by a local customer, from the "waiting to ship" list is to "Mark As Shipped."  By doing this, the order total is not included on the Complete Report mechanism.  If it was possible to add drop ship and walk-in orders as SHIPPING METHODS, the totals would be included in the reported numbers.  To be more exact, a field that could be populated with the cost my business was charged for the drop ship or...

[Volusion] Add ShippingMethodID to the tracking number import

Right now, the shipping method is not imported into Volusion. When we used World Ship, we had to map each shipping method to an ID. Ground Shipping => 502 2nd Day Air => 503 etc. The main issue is that different stores have different shipping method IDs, so every store would need their own conversion. Batch Orders from Multiple Pages

When you batch an order, you have to batch from page to page.  If you click on something on page one and then move to page two, it doesn't remember that you clicked anything on page one.  It clears it out.  I think it would be great to be able to batch orders from multiple pages.

Shipping Status

With Stamps.com, when you go to your shipment history, you can see if your packages are in transit or if they have been delivered.  I would like a page where I could view this information without having to click on every single tracking number.

Separate international shipment label and customs forms printer options

When shipping with FedEx for international shipments, we need the ability to print customs forms from a different printer than the 4x6 thermal that's being used to print the labels.  As it stands currently, the only way to complete a shipment if you're using FedEx is to print the thermal label, go into settings, change it to a regular printer, print the customs forms twice, and then go back into settings to switch the printer back.  This workflow is unusable in it's curren...

Customize Shipping Labels by Product Type

Our client needs the ability to have certain product info (ex. SM - Apple) automatically generated from order and then printed on shipping label. They are a bakery and this would help them separate orders. Currently using Nexternal cart but there is no way of automating product info to the shipping label.

Format shipping label spacing identically...

The idea here is to format the spacing for both domestic and international labels so that when they are printed on paper they can all be stacked and cut evenly. Additionally, if they are spaced the same, please make it possible to mix or include all labels on the same paper without leaving empty spaces by separating domestic from international labels as is done now.

Need Buyer Name Field

Sometimes the Ship To Name is different than the person who buys the product.   Thus, the email confirmation will have the recipient's name instead of the buyer's. Perhaps you need to enlarge your database to have a "Bill to" and "Ship To" name, addresses.

Bigger bolder fonts for the ship to address, is this possible

Just to add a note to this topic. I'm not sure if this feature is or can become available but after much searching it seems this is on Endicia's end. I would like to see the ship to address be a much larger and bold fonts just so its much better read. by the carrier. Not sure if what i am saying makes any sense but......

Print a receipt label with the barcoded postage label.

I like to attach a copy of each barcoded postage label to my email order copy so that I can later scan the barcode in to my back office system (if necessary) or in case somebody inadvertently sticks the wrong label on a package, I have a paper trail.

Return labels for drop-ship orders or other shipments to business

I would like the ability to create a return label for drop-shipped orders without having to create a second manual order for the return. The ability to create a return label for any arbitrary shipment would be great, for instances of a warranty return or other shipments coming to our business that may not have previous shipment associated with it.

Re-stage an order

On more than one occasion, I have had the wrong order selected when I have printed an order.  In history, there is a cancel label choice, but it only requests a refund of the postage. Perhaps an undo choice which would:      A) Cancel and refund the postage for the printed label      B) Stop the tracking number / store update if it hasn't already synced      C) Place the specified order back into the 'to be shipped' que.
