  • Color of highlighted item to ship is too light!

    Would you consider making the super light pink just a tad darker. It is so hard to distinguish from the other items. It would reduce the risk of confusing orders if it were clearer which item you were selecting to ship. Thanks for you consideration. [ view more | comment ]

  • Better Label + Packing Slip Settings

    Currently the default label + packing slip settings are very misleading when used in conjunction with batch level printing options. It is expected that a default setting would be pre-selected when viewing batch level print options. Example; My default is set to label + packing slips, however this is not preselected when selecting print all, I then select print all with labels and packing slips and I get double packing slips.   • Order Information On Label

    USPS allows a second line of information to be placed on the label which is not being utilized. I have some simple SKU information that I could place on this line to avoid printing a separate packing slip. This string value would be passed in via a param on the order information (Through the shipping API) [ view more | comment ]

  • SMTP Settings for E-Mails

    Are there any plans to allow for users to enter SMTP settings so that e-mails are routed directly through the SMTP server of the user's choice? Currently, customers receive e-mail confirmations from "noreply@shippingeasy.com", which is ok since the reply-to address is the e-mail specified in the store settings.   • Mark a Shipment as complete from the shipping screen without actually shipping the item through ShippingEasy

    There are many times when we have an order which is completed outside of ShippingEasy (Pickup in Store, SmartPost, Local Delivery, etc.). We would still like to have all of our shipments logged in the Shipping History at Shipping Easy since this is our 'Gathering Spot' for our multiple web shops. Currently you have to cancel from the shipping list, and then clear from the order screen. Add an extra Button on the Shipping Cue so it has 'Print Now', 'Print Later', and '...     Right now, package WEIGHT and ZONE are included in the Complete Shipping Report; we would like to analyze the package sizes that we use in order to change/optimize our box sizes given the new DIM weight pricing.     I spoke to Matthew on 1/27/2015 -- our problem is that we have two companies (under the same parent, but with different sets of books/UPS accounts/Endicia accounts/etc.) that pack and ship out of the same space: Thistle Farms and Shared Trade.     I would like Shipping Easy's Shopify App to allow customers to generate their own shipping return labels. Just like Zappos, or other leading e-commerce sites, shipping easy customers and shopify users would very much appreciate having customers download their own label rather than going through the process of finding the order and emailing a label.   • Include product line items in shipping labels

Please see this alternate thread.   It would be SUPER convenient for the shipping/packing team to be able to see what products are actually for the certain shipping label.     Currently in order to cancel an order that made it to the Shipments screen, you need to cancel the shipment, then return to the orders screen, locate the order, and clear it from there. There should be a way to select an order on the shipment Screen and cancel it from Shipping easy or mark it as completed.   [ view more | comment ]

  • Control the mouse cursor better when doing manual order

    The mouse cursor (blinking vertical line in the field you are typing in) goes away when I go to another tab, and I need to click the next text box again when I come back. When I am copying/pasting each piece of an address into the Quick Ship dialog, I usually CTRL-V, then Tab so the cursor is waiting in the next text box when I come back with the next piece of copied data. If the cursor doesn't persist where I left it, that's very unhandy. [ view more | comment ]

  • Allow combining of orders that have previously been split

    Why can't this be done? It's easier for me to split orders first, then combine later if two items in an order happen to be ready to ship at the same time. This leads to me doing a lot of manual ship status updates, which are annoying and inefficient.   Thanks [ view more | comment ]

  • Bug: Ship from zip code doesn't update orders already in "ready to ship"

    Often I have to change my ship from zip code. I usually forget to change it until I see it is incorrect on the "ready to ship" screen. I then go to the store settings to change it, and when I return to the shipments in "ready to ship," they keep the old zip code--they aren't updated. The only way to fix them is to cancel the shipments and re-add them to "ready to ship."   This is a frustrating bug. Please fix this.   Thanks [ view more | comment ]

    When we print the pick list, it provides the right Sku and the item description, however, it does not provide the size of the sku, just a plain description. Kinda tough to pick not knowing the correct size. We link with Magento. It would be nice if the description pulled from the sizes as well.   [ view more | comment ]

  • Custom Pre-printed Logo 4x6" Label Setting

    Add a 4x6" label setting to allow for a 1" logo-bar pre-printed on the label stock. Dymo and other suppliers offer a service to print your logo on the top 1" of a 4x6" roll of labels. See the Attached file comparing a pre-printed Uline label vs. a ShippingEasy label. The branding improvement is night and day. This will become a very popular branding tool.   • Support Label Printers with 2.4" Wide Paper

    At the moment, the only thing keep me from moving my client over to your system totally is that their current 2.4" wide label printers aren't supported by your system.  I have included a sample of how Pitney Bowes formats the label for printing at 2.4" wide.   • Allow Us to Choose Where Labels are printed on 4x5 labels

    When printing labels for the 4x5 option, they are always printed on the top left corner. This creates an issue where the label sheet has leftover labels that are hard to use. I would like to request a feature where you can choose which corner you would like to start printing labels on (top left, top right, bottom left, or bottom right). Thanks! [ view more | comment ]

    When I have to preform a return, it is essential that I know that I a waiting to receive a product. I notice that you currently update orders when stamps are purchased but nothing changes when a return label is purchased.  I hope this feature is something simple to integrate and it would provide my company, as well as many others, a huge reason to stick with you guys.   • Create unlinked return labels.

     Have a standard return label option that has my business send and return address.  The only option being the Ship from location/sender ZIP code.  This would be handy for returns or special cases where you might include a return label with a purchase or you could scan it and email.     Every time I make a return label with a amazon purchaser amazon sends a standard notice which it records as a return.  Returns count against your status with Amazon.  Sometimes the return label is not actually a return but part of warranty claim where item returned is being replaced under warranty.  The less theu know of my transactions the better.   • Add Pick List to Shipping Label

    Please consider adding the option of printing most of the pick list on the USPS shipping label.  It currently prints the order ID which is rather useless since you still have to refer to the order on the computer. This would save paper/ink since we won't have to print a separate pick list. It can print the order options or SKU depending on the store it is pulling the order from.   • Edit the shipping label

    I really need the function where we can edit the label where we can revise the sku, description, order#, and any of the fields. Otherwise, having to delete and recreate a new label each time really is a pain and very time consuming and easy to have errors. I hope this feature will be out soon.  [ view more | comment ]

Currently, unless I am misinformed, once you build a manual order and hit "save and get a rate", you cannot make any changes to the order ie. weight, item quantities without clearing the order and starting over. Allowing the user to edit a manual order after this step would be great. [ view more | comment ]
