Occasionally we print a label incorrectly and need to cancel and reprocess or process at a later time. It would be helpful if the system automatically emailed the customer that this label had be cancelled so they are not confused by multiple shipping confirmation emails.
Now that FedEx & UPS have gone to Dimensional Weight it would be helpful to have the dropdown on the multi-package screen that has all of the users saved packages and dimensions so they do not have to be added manually for additional boxes in the shipment.

We just got hit with thousands of dollars in Duties and didn't know it. We need this done ASAP if we are going to continue shipping out International packages via FedEx.
We would like to be able to add a promotion image and a suggested product image to the shipping labels to encourage customers to return. We need to be able to upload our own images, then place them at the bottom of the shipping lable.

We print our USPS International Customs Forms on labels but our FedEx forms on A4 letter paper, so this requires us to change printer settings every time we switch between Postal Carriers which can be quite tedious. Please add a function that allows us to set up printers on a per carrier basis.
I'd like for Shipping Easy to print out an order's Packing Slip, Label, and Customs Forms(if needed) simultaneously by just clicking the "Print Now" button. First of all, thank you for adding this new unshipped order report; nevertheless, we would like you to enhance the report and add more columns to this report. Ideally, we would like you to enhance 1) add each line item /SKU under every single order, to add columns for 2) category assigned by users, 3) Customer comments, 4) Shipping paid, and 5) ship zone. Many times we will have a customer ask for a rate for shipping an 'XYZ' to Denver or Altoona. We should have a easily accessible rate calculator where you enter dimensions, weight, from zip, to zip, and you would get back quotes for both Priority, Fedex, and UPS based on what shipping easy would price them off. I would like to see a report (or a Notification of Delivery Exception list) generated by Shipping Easy that would list any shipments that are 2 days past their delivery date estimate. We ship nearly 1000 packages a month and it is too hard to scroll down pages of shipments looking for the packages that are in trouble (i.e. lost by USPS). Currently, SE only supports mapping of the carrier's specific box types and do not bring your saved packaging into those reports. I would like to see Saved Packages added to reports
We often ship internationally to the EU. In shipping there we put an EORI number that helps speed up the customs process. Currently, we hand write this number on each label. That's 3 times per package. This number is displayed on the last line after the country. Is there any way to make the default signature option to the FREE selection in the dropdown list for USPS Priority Express? That would seem to make more sense than having the default be NONE. It requires tilting of the computer screen back and forth to be certain which one is active. I have a seasonal subscription service that means I send multiple shipments to the same group of customers every ~2 months. I understand that once an Order has been marked shipped I can create a duplicate label for that order to send additional shipments later on, but it would be great if there was a better way to do this! Is there any way that I can move a shipment (or group of shipments) back to Open Orders to make selecting and sending these easier? I've tried manually ...
For our products weight between 3.5Oz and 15.99 Oz, PS light weight is a much more economical shipping solution. However, it is not available from shipping easy which is a big disadvantage.
Some of your competitors offer First Class Mail rates up to 15.99 ounces. Is this something your company will be negotiating with USPS in the near future?
Hello, I have been searching for ways to filter shipment history results by only (RETURN) shipments. I know that many times when we create return labels for our customers, they don't end up using them, so I would like to be able to filter the results so I can look through them and figure out which ones can be canceled, or who I need to contact about getting their return shipped out. i was wondering if you guys can add a warehouse bin / location column in the orders page so if you sort the orders by warehouse bin you can pick all the alike items together for larger shippers
ShippingEasy Update: This is a duplicate. Please see this alternate thread. The ability to show the discount applied to an order is highly necessary. In it's current state for example, the packing slip (with a coupon code applied) shows two different price totals without any indication as to why. Please add the ability to display discounts and coupon codes to the Packing Slip. I believe this is highly necessary and should be a default setting.
A Remember this setting is needed for the ship date drop down calendar. Like in dazzle. Every time I run a batch, the ship date resets. It need to be remembered once it's forwarded.
There are multiple reasons why this would be helpful to our business. Often times, we need to log or record the total before shipping costs are added. Please add SUBTOTAL option to packing slips. Thank you

Would love to be able to quickly identify which user on our account created particular shipping labels. Would be awesome if there was the option to add a column within Shipment History that maybe just added the initials of the person who created the label. When you mark an order as shipped it automatically comes up as Drop Shipped. Sometimes that's not the case, for whatever reason. I would like there to be a drop down that at least says Drop Shipped or OTHER because I have had to show some other shipments in there that were not Drop Shipped. Thanks.
