Shipping rule to "Mark as Shipped"

title says it all.  if the order meets certain rules, then it is marked as shipped and moved out of the queue

ShippingEasy Update: This is a duplicate. Please see this alternate thread. I would like the ability to print stamps from Ship Easy.  I am unable to print from DYMO for some technical reason and its pretty cumbersome.  Stamps.com has a way to buy stamp size labels and print 1st class stamps.  It would be nice if ship easy could do that too.

FedEx End of Day

An end of day sheet that the FedEx driver could scan as an acceptance sheet would be very helpful. When shipping large volumes the drivers are reluctant to scan every package. As the shipper I am not covered by my insurance until the package is accepted and if there is ever an issue between the time I had the package to the driver and it gets scanned at the terminal we bear all the liability. Something similar to the USPS SCAN sheets would be very helpful to us.

Combined Orders issue

Issue:  When combining sales orders from the Orders module, ShippingEasy does not combine the order and shipping totals that was imported from our sales channels.  Would it be possible for the data table to add those totals together when we combine sales orders so it displays accurate pricing info on our reports?   Example:  I have 1 customer who places 2 separate orders for different items.  For easy math, say each item is $10 with a $2 shipping fee.  They show the correc...

Amending Shipping Details After Shipment

I would like to amend an order after the fact to show the amount of shipping I paid when I ship via IBC, since I don't know what I will get charged until that package is  in there hands. When I tried to add the price in the notes that section doesn't show up when you run a report

Email template salutation

The email templates offer the following variables for customer name: {{shipment.customer_name}} {{recipient.full_name}} {{shipment.billing_full_name}} For the salutation, in all cases the name includes the persons first and last name, which is not ideal for a friendly Hello. Would it be possible to use the customer first name only? As in {{recipient.first_name}}

Import Order Tags from Shopify

We ship a welcome kit on the first shipment and then a refill on each subsequent shipment. The only differentiation from Shopify is in order tags that note "first order" or "recurring order". Could you please allow those tags to be pulled into SE for easy fulfillment and sorting?

Product Catalog Should Remember Dimensions

Now that the Product catalog is able to be updated and remembers the product weight for shipping, it would be Great if it also updated the shipping dimensions for the shipment. What a time saver that would be.

Shipping History - Filter Delivery

With the holidays upon us and items we have shipped being a 'little' slower than normal to be delivered... suggest adding a Delivery Filter be added. CAN WE MAKE THE LABEL IN HIGHER RES?

The print out is very grainy and if i mail jpeg version to customers it is also grainy and not good quality.

Add more info such as 'SKU" and possibly other relevant internal info in the "ready to ship" screen.

This way i can see the actual sku and not the title from marketplace which may not be clear as to which product i'm shipping at this point.

Digital Pick List

I think it would be extremely helpful and environmentally/financially friendly to create a way to view a digital picklist on a tablet. Set shipment history "in the last" default to different time frame.

It would be nice to set this to 8 hours instead of 7 days and have that setting remembered. It sounds like something small but the customization would save me a lot of time. I usually look up labels I just created. I very rarely look outside that time frame. Thanks for considering it!

Multiple Custom Form Classifications

An option to use different customs forms and save as unique profiles for International shipments. Uses would be designating and distinguishing shipments of samples vs. merchandise vs. gifts. It affects the international recipient as far as duties/taxes.

Preview USPS Express Expected Delivery Time

Other than checking each potential shipment on the USPS site, we'd like a way determine whether Express can be used for a Next Day order. It would be nice to see within ShippingEasy if a shipment will be stamped as Express 1-Day or Express 2-Day prior to actually printing the label.

Keep the package weight and dimensions when switching carriers

When I'm shipping a package and want to check UPS vs USPS, SE keeps the weight I assigned (even if I put it in manually), but doesn't keep the dimensions. SE should keep all details of the package when I switch carriers to check pricing. Just like the weight, the dimensions don't change.

Edit SKU in Order

As our business grows, we see an increase in requests from customers to make changes to their orders. I have an easy question and a hard question :) Easy question: could you make the SKU field in the order editable? SKU is the primary field on the packing slip. USPS Shipping Label: Notes "edit"

The ability to transfer/import Woocommerce attributes to print on the USPS label is fantastic -- IF I used Woocommerce's internal attributes. I don't. I use a third party plugin to handle attributes, so the ShippingEasy plugin won't export those to the web app. How about offering the option for me to edit shipping label notes per order, so that I can put the proper info on each label?

Offer First Class Letter rate (currently 48.5 cents)

I am not able to use your program because it does not offer the rate that I need. We ship custom postcards using letter envelopes. The rate we are paying is 48.5 cents. The lowest rate available through ShippingEasy is 98 cents. I love the software and service, but it does not work for me. I am currently using ECC (now Shiplark). Enter shipping weight in pounds with decimals instead of pounds and ounces

On the ready to ship page, it would be nice to have an option for entering the shipping weight in decimal pounds (i.e. 5.25 pounds) instead of pounds and ounces (i.e. 5 pounds 4 ounces) and then have ounces calculated for us. Our scale currently gives weight in decimals and we now have to manually calculate the equivalent number of ounces in order to do data entry.
