Origin ZIP code

It would be great if I could switch origin zip codes while processing the order, rather than having to go through settings.  I'd particularly like that because depending on my day, if I miss my mail pickup I can drop off the packages at one of the PO's in the path that my errands take me.  The postal people can sometimes get snippy if I have the wrong origin.  Also, 9 times out of 10, after I've printed my labels with the different origin zip, I forget to set it back to my...

Include Scan Based return labels on the same page as the packing slip

It would be great if there was a template that includes the return label and the packing slip on the same page. Our fulfillment center has to be careful not to use the return label as the shipping label which slows down our process. It also looks way better!

Unique Label Setting

Hi ShippingEasy -  My request pertains to label settings - it would be nice if we could set up unique label styles per store or type. Request For Sending Two Types of Emails - Depending on whether it is return or exchange

We need to be able to choose and send two different types of emails when we use return shipping. Some return shipping is for a complete return while other return shipping is for an exchange. We need the option to be able to choose one of the two templates whenever we process return shipping. Customers are getting confused when they are getting an email saying "your return has processed" when they requested an exchange. This is crucial. Please add this feature. Thank you.

Prevent UPS ground shipping to PO Box

We have had some instances where the shipping crew has shipped UPS Ground packages to PO Boxes. It's kind of an easy error to make since they aren't actually looking at the full addresses online, only name and town. But of course UPS ground does not delivery to PO Boxes. Daily Reports

It would be nice to be able to print a report of order numbers and tracking number barcodes at the end of my mailing session, that way i don't have to go through every piece of mail and scan it.   Just have it all on one page.   It would be a time saver for me.

Need to customize From Name and Address for every package

I need to be able to customize the From address for each shipment.  Occasionally the sender will have a different zip code than the one we are sending from as well. We ship about 200-400 priority mail packages per month this way. Reapply Autoship after shipping details are corrected

It'd be great if there was a way either resync orders from the original source into Shipping easy or to run an order back through autoship. Often customers put an extra letter or have the city as the street. If this info is corrected on the original order, there should be a way to make it eligible for autoship.

Total Customer Paid Shipping vs. Split Quantity Command

WooCommerce - Product Add-On data collected at order, not transferring over to Shippingeasy.

It is easy to miss clicking the search bar, scan a packing slip, *thinking* the new item is displayed, but really you are not on that item. In a past experience, the app took you to that item no matter what page you were on, or where you were on that page. :)

Reactivate orders after they have been cleared

When an order comes through and then we run the credit card and it declines we send an email to the customer and in SparkPay Admin we close the order. This clears it from ShippingEasy, but in some cases the customer will call us and fix the credit card issue so we reopen the order. Sparkpay Integration. Updating orders that have been modified

Every day we get calls from customers with request to change their shipping address, add or subtract a product, etc. When we make changes in Sparkpay these changes are not picked up by Shipping Easy. As a result the only way to get the correct information on the order is to manually enter it when shipping. Not only is does this slow us down, but it is an area of potential errors. Scan Based Returns for FedEx

Currently the Shipping Easy platform is unable to create scan based returns (printing out a return with each shipping label printed) for FedEx shipments.  This is done for USPS shipments.
