  • Could printing the order number be optional?

    I've had several customers who really don't like the order number printing on shipping label. They've said variations of the same thing, which is that it's like a blinking light to thieves that the package has merchandise in it. I've been cutting it off of my labels since people complained, but that's an extra step I'd like to avoid. Thanks! [ view more | comment ]

  • Provide warning when create order for items with low inventory

    Right now the system allows creation of order when inventory is 0 or even negative.   For manual order, would be nice if a pop up window with warning message can be provided. For auto-sync order from other platform,  would be great if summary page of all the orders like this can be provided. I'm not sure if this belongs to shipment or inventory,  think it belongs to orders, but there is no such category here.       [ view more | comment ]

  • Commercial Invoices / international Orders

    Hello,  I would like to request for commercial invoices to automatically include all of the items that are part product bundles.   • Please let us print shipping labels with no postage.

    We have a 3rd party shipper that handles our smallest packages that don't have tracking. They have to add postage there, and only need a label from us with address and return address. As of right now we're unable to print this with SE and have to use unprofessional looking work around.  [ view more | comment ]

  • Shipper Release UPS

    It'll be great to have Shipper Release option so that we can make sure UPS does not delay urgent packages. We had next-day-airs that were delayed for multiple days because the driver refuses to drop off the package. In UPS's create a package workflow, this option is in "package information" -> "signature information" -> select "deliver without signature (shipper release)"   This would be really great to have in shippingeasy, because right now we can only manually make such...   • FedEx options

    Generically I would like to see more options available from FedEx available when creating a label in SE.   Specifically Saturday delivery sometimes does not show up but if I go to the ship center they say it is available.  Same with direct signature on FedEx international priority. I am also able to get this option sometimes at the counter and I would like to not have to make labels from FedEx facilities. "Service default" I just suspect requires at least a signature of so...     My customer would like us to mark our FedEx shipments Collect vs the Third Party Billing.  They believe that there could be a different rate charged to them if the Collect is not chosen.  I am currently working to verify with FedEx if there is a difference, but it seems that it would be fairly simple to have the same options in ShippingEasy as are available from FedEx.   • Split Shipment at Order Creation

    Almost all of our items are 1-to-1; meaning one item per package. Actually, to be more precise, all of the items are already in their boxes for shipment. We just need to print the labels and attach.   When we import these orders into ShippingEasy we would like to import them as multiple shipments from the beginning.     The Shipping Rules has an 'IF' for Requested service (which is currently broken, not allowing multiple selections..). However, I would like to be able to just select a carrier. Currently if I want to automatically select a third party billing account for a customer's FedEx shipment, for example, I need to select every single service option FedEx offers.     I like the new split order items but it displays the item name and only part of it, not the sku #. We may have 3 items with the exact same name just different colors or sizes (either only indicated by the sku # or the variant listed at the end of the name) - which means I can't figure out how to put the blue color not the other colors in a separate shipment.  It is taking several attempts to get the splits correct then having to re-combine items.   Every option has a diffe...     I use a SKU for my own company, but they are different from my suppliers.  This currently restricts my ability to use the Purchase Order Feature. I would like a new field in the product catalog to be the Manufacturer's SKU (which in some cases may be different from the stores SKU).     Enhancement Request: Need to see estimated delivery date from UPS and FedEx on the Orders page when each service is requested.     Our Ebay stores sell products that ship from more than one location. It would be very helpful if we could edit the "ship from zip code" in the ready to ship page so the postage paid accurately reflects the actual zip code. It's not practical to keep going into the store setting and changing the ship from zip code entry.     I have never thought your order page and resulting button names and process made sense.  Definitely not intuitive. Now you have added a red buy label button. Red means STOP.  The word buy reminds shipper of expense of the process. Buying means(paying for).  Please don’t keep reminding me of all my costs. Can you print a label without paying for it?       Hello, you recently made a change to the split orders function in Shipping Easy.  I would like to change my software back to the old method.  Specifically, I do not like the fact that you have split out the shipping when the order is split into multiple shipments.  The shipping cost is not divided equally between items.  Often, it costs the same amount or only a $1 less to ship 1 item as it does to ship multiple items.  This split on the invoices means tha...   • Order Upload process have 'SKU' as a required field instead of 'Item Name'

    We run our inventory based off of SKUs, not item names. The order upload process is basically useless for me because it requires me to input an item name instead of giving me the option to either put in the item name or the item sku. I need the order upload process to function in the same way as when I manually upload an order - When adding a manual order I can type in the SKU of the product and then can select that one and it will automatically populate the item name for ...     We sometimes have customers who pick up their orders in our store so we will mark their packages as dropped shipped.  However, they still receive an email that their package is being shipped to them which freaks them out.  Can there be another feature from the mark as shipped category that is specifically for when a customers has picked up their item?  Thank you!   • Customer or Internal Notes - More Obvious Indicator

    We have noticed that some customer and/or internal notes are being missed when shipping orders. Currently there is a small conversation bubble that appears next to the order number to signify that there are notes for the order. This does work if you happen to look at the order number, but if you are not consciously looking at the order number it is really easy to miss that small symbol (especially since most times there is no reason to look at the order number itself).
