    It appears that most Amazon Sellers can use ShippingEasy - but I sell on Handmade on Amazon and that is not supported.  Would love to have the ability to have all of my selling venues supported by ShippingEasy. view more / comment

    Fedex has rolled out a flat rate program to directly compete with USPS. Their padded envelop is $9.50 coast to coast including residential fees and insurance for 3 day service. It should be a good option for shippers who need another cost effective shipping method. view more / comment

  • WooCommerce: Ability to delete tracking number and add new one

    If I cancel a shipment in ShippingEasy (that originated in my WooCommerce store), the tracking number and status in my WooCommerce store do not change. Minimally, I would expect the tracking number to be deleted and an email sent to customer that this shipping label has been cancelled (the latter would be nice to have).   • Shopify Sync for Open, Paid, and Unfulfilled Orders

    I need an option for shippingeasy to only pull in only Open, Paid, and Unfulfilled Orders, I can't mark my Amazon and Ebay orders as fulfilled in Shopify, because they'll be updated by shopify as shipped in the Marketplaces and then they get automatically cleared from shippingeasy.  I have my Ebay and Amazon orders coming into shippingeasy directly from the marketplaces because when they go into Shopify they lose vital information that we need so I'm only using Shopify to ... view more / comment

    Opencart recently updated their software in such a way that extensions build for previous versions do not work with the new iteration. As I have already migrated to 2.0 I am seeking out a solution for our shipping needs and would love to be on board with shipping easy.   • Brick and Mortar POS Systems

    ShippingEasy needs to integrate with a POS system, so that we can continue tracking our inventory in one place. When somebody walks into our store, buys something and we ring them out, it should automatically come out of inventory. Shopify POS would be probably our last resort, but literally ANY POS system integration including Shopify POS, which seems you do not do that either, even though you integrate with Shopify itself?     For UPS worldship customers, only certain scales will work, so moving customers from worldship to shipping easy, you need to support the UPS hardware printers and for this request, scales... Here are some vendors UPS lists here:http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/resources/techsupport/technology/customer_technology.html UPS gives high volume customers credit for hardware, so would be nice to see support for such.     If there's one thing I'd pass along to the pin-heads in charge of your product development, it would be that BROAD integration across shopping platforms is KEY to acceptance, growth and retention.  If you guys are avoiding adding the wonderful and highly successful Webbly platform into your support list because your 3 1/2 cents apart in terms of pricing. you're missing out -- by your own pricing schedule -- on $29 to $99 a month in revenue.  DO THE MATH!!!  My part of your... view more / comment

    Groupon is offering an easy to set-up E-commerce store.  I was able to get mine set-up in less than an hour.  Once approved, that took a week, I began taking 1-3 orders per day. It's great right now and no competition for my product and the way they monitor who and what you are selling I hope to hold this category!   I now use the ShippingEasy CSV to import the orders but it would be so much better if you would integrate into the Groupon store so that orders come in automa... view more / comment

    I have customers who place an E-bay order then place another order via our website. When I saw these identified with the duplicates filter, I was elated.... until I tried to combine them and it doesn't work. This happens nearly daily, so it must also happen to others. view more / comment

    We have a store live on the Magento 2.2.1 platform, and after getting multiple reasons of why the store was disconnecting from Shippingeasy every night, we were told (Post Launch) that Shippingeasy is not actually compatible with any Magento Platform 2.2.0 and beyond. We would like this integration, so that we do not have the manually reconnect everyday. view more / comment

  • Allow Library Rate for USPS

    Please allow the use of Library Rate.  It is less than the Media Rate and since we are a Public Library, we are entitled to that rate.  I have already checked with Endecia and they say it is an available USPS rate from them but ShippingEasy  needs to allow it. view more / comment

    Do you know if ShippingEasy will be able to integrate with the newest marketplace JET that will be launched publicly this summer? We are currently an authorized partner/vendor with on Jet and are having to go in manually to check our orders.   • 3DCart Multiple Ship To Addresses Support

    We use 3DCart for our shopping cart and one of the main reasons is the way they allow multiple shipping addresses in one order. Your software does not currently support this. At this time we have to manually split out the order and then manually type in the additional addresses. It works but is not as streamline as normal processing with your software normally is. I would greatly appreciate your looking into updating your software to support these multiple ship to orders. view more / comment

    We have just begun selling our products on Houzz.com. They have a simple shipping back end. We are doing the copy and paste system to have Shipping Easy ship our order and integrate with the Houzz.com back end. It would be great if you were connected with them.
