    If I cancel a shipment in ShippingEasy (that originated in my WooCommerce store), the tracking number and status in my WooCommerce store do not change. Minimally, I would expect the tracking number to be deleted and an email sent to customer that this shipping label has been cancelled (the latter would be nice to have).   • Shopify Sync for Open, Paid, and Unfulfilled Orders

    I need an option for shippingeasy to only pull in only Open, Paid, and Unfulfilled Orders, I can't mark my Amazon and Ebay orders as fulfilled in Shopify, because they'll be updated by shopify as shipped in the Marketplaces and then they get automatically cleared from shippingeasy.  I have my Ebay and Amazon orders coming into shippingeasy directly from the marketplaces because when they go into Shopify they lose vital information that we need so I'm only using Shopify to ... view more / comment

    ShippingEasy needs to integrate with a POS system, so that we can continue tracking our inventory in one place. When somebody walks into our store, buys something and we ring them out, it should automatically come out of inventory. Shopify POS would be probably our last resort, but literally ANY POS system integration including Shopify POS, which seems you do not do that either, even though you integrate with Shopify itself?     We have a store live on the Magento 2.2.1 platform, and after getting multiple reasons of why the store was disconnecting from Shippingeasy every night, we were told (Post Launch) that Shippingeasy is not actually compatible with any Magento Platform 2.2.0 and beyond. We would like this integration, so that we do not have the manually reconnect everyday. view more / comment

  • Need to have multiple shipping labels (batches) paginated in order

    Whenever a batch of shipping labels is printed, the pages need to be paginated. For whatever reason, occasionally when I print a batch one of the shipping labels will not print. It is difficult to discover this, as the pages are not paginated and the only way to check is to count every shipping label page.  It would be so much easier if when you print a batch of say fifty padded flat rate envelope shipping labels,  each page would say 1 of 50, 2 of 50, 3 of 50, etc. instea... view more / comment

    Hi,  I am an Enterprise level subscriber.   I run a 3PL warehouse and so far really like your software.  Looking at migrating the rest of our 40 clients over off of our other shipping solutions.  I am missing a very important piece of data flow via the API though.  Multi carton orders only post back one of the cartons details.   • Weight for WooCommerce orders set by the shipping method metadata

    It is ridiculous that you pull weights in form the line items instead of the order weight. We signed up for shipping easy to make things EASIER. Having to recreate packaging weights in shipping easy, then create a batch for each different item ordered is ridiculous and time consuming.  Just pull the order weights from woocommerce and save everyone time and frustration! view more / comment

    We prefer that all of our transactional emails come from Magento and have set up Magento so that it sends the customer an email when their order has shipped.   • WooCommerce direct API Integration missing "Customer Comments"

    We recently upgraded from the WooCommerce ShippingEasy plugin to the direct ShippingEasy integration with the WooCommerce API. The API integration is working, but not all of the same data is coming through from WooCommerce to ShippingEasy that we used to get via the plugin. Specifically, the "Customer provided note" on the WooCommerce order used to come through into the "Customer Comment" field on the ShippingEasy order, and this is no longer the case. ... view more / comment

    Hi guys A feature request please. Here's the problem: I changed from the Woocommerce plugin to the integration as it is now. It has one problem though: it doesn't do push notifications.     Currently, invoices are synced from PayPal to ShippingEasy as soon as they're created. This should be changed to "as soon as they're paid." The order should not show up in ShippingEasy until it's been paid and is ready to ship. Hence the status "Awaiting Payment" vs "Awaiting Shipment" I don't want orders "Awaiting Payment" and not ready to be shipped showing up in my shipping program queue, looking like they're awaiting shipment.     My customer recently transferred from Shopify into Woo Commerce. I used to have an Item description looking like : Urban Step gray 38 medium I now have the following : Urban Step, pa_product-color: gray, pa_shoe-size: 38, pa_shoe-width: medium, Backordered: 1 Is there any way I can choose how the attributes are mapped by shipping easy when the orders are downloaded? Another option would be for Shipping easy to suppress the pa_xxx attribute name when mapping the attributes. view more / comment
