  • WooCommerce direct API Integration missing "Customer Comments"

    We recently upgraded from the WooCommerce ShippingEasy plugin to the direct ShippingEasy integration with the WooCommerce API. The API integration is working, but not all of the same data is coming through from WooCommerce to ShippingEasy that we used to get via the plugin. Specifically, the "Customer provided note" on the WooCommerce order used to come through into the "Customer Comment" field on the ShippingEasy order, and this is no longer the case. ... view more / comment

     I am thinking of opening a store on Bonanza and am wondering if there has been any further discussion on connecting Shipping Easy with Bonanza?  I have seen other discussions on the thread about this but haven't seen any changes yet on Shipping Easy so just wondering if it is being discussed or if it is a no go. However we are moving our eCommerce site to SquareSpace. We would like to keep using ShippingEasy but it does not look like it integrates with SquareSpace.     Customers on Etsy can choose the shipping service they wish to use but this information is not imported with orders from Etsy. Therefore, we have to go into Etsy for every order to find the shipping service we should use in ShippingEasy. Also, the weight of the product as listed in Etsy is not imported. view more / comment

    When can we start seeing the rate comparison chart between different carriers and different carrier service? It is really helpful and it will help help save a lot of freight charges with this feature. With the chart, it will save a lot of time clicking up and down of the pull down menu changing back and forth from UPS to USPS to Fedex and each services to compare the best rate.     I am aware that there is currently and effort to fully integrate Shipping Easy with Amazon's return system, however in the mean time the steps required to upload a shipping label require that there be many intermediate steps; the most obnoxious, time consuming and frustrating it having to convert the PDF generated by shipping easy to an image file. Perhaps there is a simple way to have return labels generated as image files in lieu of a PDF? view more / comment

  • Customer Reference For FedEx Bill

    We recently migrated over to Shipping Easy and so far it has been absolutely amazing. However we received our first FedEx bill and we no longer have any data in the customer reference column which originally contained our order numbers. This is useful for us as we do sell in various channels (Amazon, Ebay, Amazon CA as well as our main stores) and this helps us identify where our shipping charges are coming from.     An option to put each store sales in a default customer account would be great. I, and maybe others, use Quickbooks a vessel for accounting numbers for my retail online sales. I keep track of retail customers other ways. Create customer based on the store. That way one can keep track of total sales through each store. view more / comment

    I need to view and print pick lists by order date. Currently the filter option allows me to filter by age, but does not account for the order date -- specifically, I was looking for a way to print pick lists and packing slips ONLY for orders placed on Friday (and then repeat this for Saturday's orders and so on, once I have filled Friday's orders).     Right now to connect Shipping Easy to a Storenvy store, you need that stores login and password. Would love to see it that you can connect it with API only like other Store system.   For us, we are not the owners of the store that we ship for. So customers do not want to give us there personal login and password (which we understand) but thats the only way to work with Storenvy Store owners. view more / comment

    Correcting the address for when I ship internationally through Ebay's global shipping program. Right now ShippingEasy pulls the actual international address, but I have to send my package to a distribution center first before Ebay handles the international side of things.  view more / comment
