Thank you for your feedback. We're excited to launch our new Inventory solution and plan to continue to make updates to the application over the coming weeks and months.
One feature we would like to add is an optional Reference ID field on our Purchase Orders. This could then be used to list your own Purchase Order ID numbers. Would this optional field match what you were looking for here?
Right now we are still accepting all requests and feedback before making decisions on the next features to focus on. We will direct any customers with a similar request to comment or follow on this post as well. Feedback helps us to learn how many customers are interested in each feature and prioritize what we need to work on next.

yes, a different field for reference ID would work. I just already have a system and your purchase orders are using your system not mine at the moment.

Thank you for this additional information. I have added a request to our inventory queue to add an optional Reference ID field to a purchase order form.

We also need the ability to add and search by our own PO Number. a Reference ID field would be fine if it appeared in the columns on the Purchase_Orders page and if it was also searchable from the Purchase_Orders page.

I think that rather than have a reference field we should have the ability to enter our own numbers and have options to use different types of logic.

At this time, custom purchase orders or reference ID's are not on our immediate prioritization list, but we will keep an eye on this post for additional feedback.

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.
At this time, we will no longer be building out Inventory Management features.
Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.
