Add a "RETURN" Label Filter to Shipment History

Hello,
I have been searching for ways to filter shipment history results by only (RETURN) shipments. I know that many times when we create return labels for our customers, they don't end up using them, so I would like to be able to filter the results so I can look through them and figure out which ones can be canceled, or who I need to contact about getting their return shipped out.
Let me know if this is a possibility in the future.

Hi Bren,

We actually currently offer this. If you go to the left filters, under "Status" there is an option for "Canceled" labels. I hope this helps!

Rachael,
I am not actually trying to search canceled labels. I am currently trying to search all Return labels that I have created. That way I can cancel them if need be. So I am not searching for canceled labels, but for return labels.

I apologize - I definitely misunderstood what you were trying to do. We do not currently have a filter for "Returns" and I will make sure to forward your request to our Product Team. Thanks for clarifying!

I have checked with our Product Team and I was curious if it would meet your needs if we made "return" a searchable term rather than a filter? We're hoping to make "return" a searchable term in the Shipment History very soon so I wanted to check in to see if this would help you.

That should definitely work! If I could search the term "return" and it would come up with all previous return shipments, that would probably do the trick.
When were you thinking of making this a searchable term?

Hi, 

I tried to search "return" in the shipment history and this does not bring up any info. I am also trying to be able to search for all prepaid return labels that I have purchased.  Please advise.

Hello Jacilynn,

Unfortunately- this feature has not been deployed. We have been considering alternatives such as a filter on the shipment history page to make pre-paid return labels easier to identify. We do have a main thread open on this request- it would be great if you could comment or follow this post! This helps us to track requests and feedback.
