Didn't receive a refund

The other day I made three shipments.  For some reason I kept getting labels with no to address on them.  So I made three attempts.  I canceled two shipments and got refunded for only one  (12.12) however did not get refunded for the second one (6.12).  I emailed your support and since I am a free account you told me the only way you could help me is if I posted on here.  Please look into this and refund me the 6.12.    Thanks
