One Balance account unable to be retrieved

While trying to ship a package with UPS this error message keeps popping up:

"We are temporarily unable to retrieve the value of your One Balance account. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible."

 

Anybody else having this issue? Do we just need to wait it out?
