I mislabeled a bunch of shipments and they were sent back to me. I cancelled all of the labels but have yet to receive a refund. But then when I click on the tracking numbers it says the package is in transit... which it isn’t... it’s sitting in my living room.
I would like to resolve this issue if someone could email me personally so I can provide the tracking numbers or something. I need the refund so I can purchase new labels.
