Shippingeasy 'disconnected' from woocommerce store. Cant' connect

I've gone through the Things to check list:

  • SSL enabled (https://)
  • WordPress 5.4.2
  • WooCommerce 4.3
  • Store is SSL enabled (https://)
  • URL is correct (root of URL)

When I add the store to SE (selecting "WooCommerce") I enter the site URL and I am presented with a login page for my site. I log in as an Admin and click the Approve option.

I'm returned to SE to finish setting up the site settings. (no errors).

When I return to the list of sites, SE shows that the site is disconnected & offers a "Reconnect" button.

Inside my WooCommerce settings of my site, I do see a new ShippingEasy REST API entry that coincides with everytime I clicked the "Approve" button (I've tried it 6 times already).

What else do I need to do?

Were you able to resolve this issue? I am attempting to setup my account and I seem to be having the exact same issue. I have tried setting it up repeatedly and seems successful but then when back to the main page again it shows disconnected.

What were the steps you took to resolve this issue? I am having the same issue with the store showing as Disconnected after reconnecting repeatedly.
