Branded Tracking support for more than one brand

ShippingEasy's initial release of Branded Tracking gives merchants the option to create one portal for their stores. We would like to understand the needs of companies that market multiple brands.
 
If you have more than one brand, let us know how we can make Branded Tracking more useful to your business.

Hello,

Yes, we have 2 brands and I have been pulling my hair out for over a week trying to get thee campaigns to work for two different Shopify store, this would be very useful!!!!

Agreed. This feature should be in by default just like we can have multiple stores for shipping with different branding.

We have 4 websites with 4 different brands and can only use the 1 branded tracking for now. It would be nice to have the correct logo and brand for each of our 4 websites. Our customers really like the branded tracking experience for the one that we do have turned on. The branded tracking does not feel complete to us because we have the ability to ship from the different brands already. I believe it would make another great selling point for Shipping Easy to future clients if this was possible.

We basically make ShippingEasy the "hub" for all of our resellers.

WebNutrients.com is our core business.
But we have a dozen custom-brasded resellers who need the automation of messaging.

The alternative is AfterShip, which we've used with success in the past.

So multiple branded messages is absolutely critical. Please?!?

We operate 3 brands across 5 marketplaces.

We would like to use Branded Tracking on each brand.  Currently we can only use Branded Tracking for 1 of our brands.  Every feature that is released should automatically be usable for multiple brands.  If Shipping Easy is going to advertise itself as a way to manage multiple marketplaces and brands, we would like it to provide all features for multiple brands.

It would be very helpful for me, as I have 2 Volusion stores with different objectives, inventory, and mailing lists.  (I am also in the process of opening an Etsy store)

I would also comment that although I think I have my customer lists segmented by store, I have had occasions when I sent an email to one store list, and it has been sent to both.  Since I use opt in for each list, I want to make sure that they are separated.  I have some customers who subscribe to both websites, but I get the impression that when someone new signs up on one website, they are put on both lists?????

Could this new feature help with that?  Thanks.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our forum. Branded Tracking is a way for consumers to track their products shipped via ShippingEasy. This feature could help differentiate those types of emails between stores, but that does not sound like what you are looking for in this [articular request. Could you reach out to our support team to give them a little more information and examples of customers on both lists? Thanks!
