Customer facing returns portal

I would like to see a customer facing returns portal or any sort of returns integration to make managing customer returns easier. Thank you.

I would also like to see this.

Right now you can only create a prepaid return, I would like to see an unpaid return option

This is definitely an extremely useful feature that I hope SE implements in the very near future... ideally, like other shipping solutions we are supposed to be able to create a branded shipping portal for each store so that customers can go in there, input their order number and email (or zipcode) then select the reason for the return and generate a return shipping label.
