Finale Inventory and Amazon FBA

Hello,
I currently have Shipping Easy integrated with Finale but when an order has been drop shipped (IE sent from our FBA inventory) it is still reporting as a shipment that has been sold from our seller fulfilled facility and subtracting stock levels from there. Is there a way to desync our FBA shipping history or a way to change the order numbers for FBA originated shipments?

Hello Gabriel,

You can turn off your FBA shipping history by going to Settings -> Stores & Orders -> Edit Store Settings for your Amazon Store -> Orders and deselect the box for importing FBA history. You'll also want to make sure you're the admin of the account in order to see that option. I have left a helpful article for your reference below.
