Hello, you recently made a change to the split orders function in Shipping Easy. I would like to change my software back to the old method. Specifically, I do not like the fact that you have split out the shipping when the order is split into multiple shipments. The shipping cost is not divided equally between items. Often, it costs the same amount or only a $1 less to ship 1 item as it does to ship multiple items. This split on the invoices means that my customers think they will get a shipping refund if they cancel a backordered item and they will not. This change means that I can no longer use your software to print invoices for split orders, which means I have to print them manually from another software package. This is creating MORE time for me to complete my shipping process and making it much less convenient. I would like the product management team to reconsider this change and allow us to choose whether or not to implement it for our own use.
