Thank you for taking the time to post in our community forum and providing detailed feedback. We do not support the option to delete a contact in our system since it is tied to order data. This allows ShippingEasy to maintain integrity in its database and reports.
We are looking at a request to be able to bulk remove contacts availability from marketing emails. At this time, we don't have a specific release date for this feature but it is on our team's list to consider for prioritization. I've gone ahead and logged your support of this as well.
