Shipping Rules "IF:" Drop Down Needs Updated Fields

For Shipping Rules:

Looks like the dropdown for the "IF:" hasn't been updated with the current available database fields for orders in quite a while (since creation?).  Fields such as Email or Comments, which are grabbed by APIs and stored in the ShippingEasy DB, aren't listed in the dropdown.  Please update this drop-down with available fields so we can make rules based on the information in the orders.   We have two rules that we need to make and couldn't because of this - causing us a lot of manual review.

Hi David, 

Thank you for taking the time to post on our forum.  It sounds like you are wanting the 'IF' statement to include fields like email or comments. Would you mind sharing an example of how that rule would read and be used?

Hi Bria,

One rule was where we had known scammer Amazon customers.  They have an email associated with their accounts.  So we wanted a Rule that said if email 'equals' x, then put order status on hold, for example.

Another rule was where our web store entered credit card failure info in the comments section.  So we wanted a rule where If comments 'Contains' x, then order status to canceled and/or hold.
