Shipping Issue


I paid for shipping last night, i delivered it to the post office, and they told me that it was incorrect. I am unable to do anything now but to pay at the post office which I did.

I have my reciept in tow to hopefully get credited for it.

What can I do ? 





Thanks for your post. USPS has implemented a new system called APV. The post office should not be charging you for postage, but deducting this from your Endicia account. Please reach out to our customer support team via phone, chat or email so we can look into this issue further.
