Thank you very much for your post! Unfortunately Volusion abandoned cart information is currently only available via a 3rd party API, which presents a much bigger challenge than those that are direct like Shopify and BigCommerce.
I have however, logged your Volusion request and it will be considered for prioritization. If there are any updates to your request, we will post them here.
