Not letting me refund for erroneous shipping label

I tried to refund a label that I no longer needed but it wouldn’t let me. I did create a ScanForm and this shipment was included but I destroyed the ScanForm before going to the post office. 

Please advise
 
I can include the info below but wasn't sure if it was wise to post the tracking number

Hello there Denise,

Thank you for contacting ShippingEasy. When a label is added to a SCAN form we no longer have the ability to cancel that label from within ShippingEasy.

You would need log into your Endicia account directly, then cancel the label from inside that account.
