Amazon Feedback and review email must haves



I'm in the process of switching over all my automated feedback and review request emails to Shippng Easy, but there a couple features that are deal breakers and must haves in order to properly request reviews and feedback.

1) Automatic don't send emails for items that were returned: If a customer returns an item, 99 times out of 100 they are upset, so we need to make sure these customers never get a feedback request email.

2) Ability to blacklist customers: lets say a customer send you an email complaining that they ordered the wrong item because they cant read, then the next day you send them an email asking for a product review? Guess what, it will be a 1 star review. There needs to be a list to block certain customers or orders.

3) Automatic don't send emails if a customer leaves bad feedback: this is self explanatory, if they left bad feedback, you can be certain they will leave a bad review when prompted.

As I said before, all 3 of these are must haves, a couple bad feedback/reviews can ruin your business, please let me know if these options can be added so I can use your services!

While we don't currently have specific marketing rules for those options, you could potentially use Customer Tags to mark those customers whom you do not want to market to, and then apply rules for the Tags specifically.
