I just create an account and logged out.  I tried to log back in and now it says invalid username or password.  I tried to reset the password but have not received an email.  HELP!

Thank you for posting to our forums!

I'm sorry to hear you ran into issues logging into your account.  I see that you now have two active accounts listed and the only difference in the information is that one email address includes the letter g and the other one does not.  It's possible there was a typo in the email address which would cause the reset password email to not be received.

I cannot login. It tells me my password is invalid but when I click to retrieve password I do not receive the email. Please help!
