Status of a customer

On my orders tab  I would like to see the customer status on incoming orders (New Repeat or aged)  This would allow me to insert notes or promo items into the package while it's being shipped.  If the field customer status and last order could be part of my order screen it would be added value to me.

Thank you for your interest in our new customer management solution. We're excited to launch our new capability and plan to continue to make updates to the application over the coming weeks and months.

In the very least, yes. In addition, it would be nice to also have the ability to set shipping rules that would help identify repeat value customers that have placed there 5th order or 10th or 25th (examples) or lifetime order amount $250, $500, $1000 (examples).
