Amazon Order Customization Selections on Order Page

Adding the ability to view the order customization selections for each Amazon order would be helpful for many Amazon sellers.  As Amazon continues to branch in to the market of custom & personalized items (Amazon Handmade, Amazon Custom) this feature would help sellers ensure they are making and shipping the correct item for each order.  Currently, sellers are managing this by using the "copy/paste" method to place the information in to the "order notes" or by switching between Shipping Easy and Amazon to fill their orders.  This is very time consuming and can easily result in shipping errors.

A second feature request:
We are not sure this request warrants a separate request as it may not be beneficial to everyone.  We would greatly appreciate the ability to add check boxes to the order page that could be customized by the user.  For example, we send proof images for each order.  If we were able to customize a check box called "Proof Image Sent" we could check the box after a proof has been sent.  This would signal to everyone in the shop that the custom has been provided with a proof.  If we were to have the ability to add several of these boxes, everyone in the shop could easily glance at the order page and know the production status of each order.

Good news everyone!

ShippingEasy now supports Amazon Custom! You just need to have "Show Product Options" checked in your Amazon settings in ShippingEasy we will now show any custom requests as part of the Item description. 

This information will be displayed on the Orders page, pick list, and packing slips, making it easy to see the customer requests at every step. For more information on our Amazon integration please click here.

There is still no release date for Amazon Handmade support, but we are constantly working to improve our user experience and hope to add this integration soon. Thank you for your support and patience.

These are both great suggestions, thank you for your requests! Your screenshots are very helpful. I know we've had at least one customer interested in the Amazon customizations to pull into ShippingEasy. I'll add this feature to our documentation for consideration.

If you do know of any other businesses who would also benefit from this, you can direct them to post onto this thread so we can also document their interest.

We also include customization from Amazon and would love this feature.  It is also very similar to our request from our Big Commerce store for Shipping Easy to pull the Giftwrapping option over as well.

Then we could use Kim's Checkbox to check off that the item has been wrapped before shipping.

Wondering if this feature exists yet?  I am currently on shipstation and looking to switch to a software that can import this data.


80% of our sales (1.5mil/year) are on Amazon Handmade, and we need a way for this information to automatically import to our shipping software, and be included on packing slips.

Hi Jennifer,

This feature is available for Amazon Custom. We do not currently support Amazon Handmade at this point in time. 

I will add support for Amazon Handmade to our documentation for future prioritization.

Hi, I use ShippingEasy for Etsy, Walmart, Amazon Handmade and my own website orders for the past year and a half.  I am trying to streamline the process of picking and pulling and shipping orders, but I need Amazon Handmade variations, color, size etc to show up on packing slip and ship screen.  Do you have a timeline yet on this functionality?
