Hi Tony - Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you continue to run into this problem.
When I review your Shopify integration, I believe that updating the Store URL may help us establish a connection. To do so:
- Log into ShippingEasy.
- Go to SETTINGS >> STORES & ORDERS.
- To the right of your Shopify store, click the green Re-connect button.
- In the myshopify URL field, remove the "www." from the beginning of your URL. The format used should match "myshop.myshopify.com"
- Save the change. This should prompt you to log into your store and complete the integration.
