Hi Chris - Thanks for reaching out.
If you have an Endicia account connected to your ShippingEasy account that needs to be removed, you can "disconnect" it. To do so:
- Go to the SETTINGS page and select SHIPPING PROVIDERS.
Click the red Disconnect button to the right of the specific Endicia account and confirm OK.
This will create the option to open a new Endicia account.
However, if you have other "archived" Endicia accounts that are connected, but not visible on your account, these will not automatically reconnect. In this case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your email login and Endicia Account IDs. Our team will be happy to help.
