Amazon Return shipping labels

I am aware that there is currently and effort to fully integrate Shipping Easy with Amazon's return system, however in the mean time the steps required to upload a shipping label require that there be many intermediate steps; the most obnoxious, time consuming and frustrating it having to convert the PDF generated by shipping easy to an image file. Perhaps there is a simple way to have return labels generated as image files in lieu of a PDF?

Hello, Great news! We now support the option to view a label image from the shipment history screen. We know the importance of easy returns, so we have added in support for this feature in time for the holiday season. From the shipment history screen, you will see a Label Image option! Select this instead of pdf if you need this for your store platform.

Hi Jason,

Amazon has many restrictions for its integration partners, one of which involves us not being allowed to see your buyers' true email address. As such, they send through an alias email that we are able to see in ShippingEasy. Due to this, we cannot email your customers on your behalf and, because of this, no label will be sent to them from us. That said, some of our customers have chosen to CC themselves on all emails and simply forward the emails to their customers. Alternatively, you can do what you are currently doing which is converting the PDF to an image.

Given this, it sounds like a workaround that would work for you, if you choose to continue with your current method, is both the option to print either a PDF or an image file. I'll be sure to forward this request to my Product team but please let me know if there is something else you had in mind here.

I second this (old) request. If shippingeasy had an option for amazon returns emails to output an image file instead of a pdf that would save a boat load of time. Buyers often don't start the return process until the return has been authorized so I have to spend 1 weekend night just processing all returns.
