Shipping History - Filter Delivery

With the holidays upon us and items we have shipped being a 'little' slower than normal to be delivered... suggest adding a Delivery Filter be added. Rational: What has NOT been delivered in the last 7 or 14 days? Which orders have been shipped and are not delivered yet (after a week or so)?
Now I do this manually each morning to see what has been hung up in transit. But would make things much easier than going through screen after screen, looking for different icons... Even being able to sort that column in the Shipment History table would make it much better.

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. I absolutely understand your need for this and have forwarded your request to our Product Team. However, I am curious if you are utilizing a feature that we added this year on the Shipping History screen called the "Delivery" column?

This column sends updates from the USPS' tracking site to ShippingEasy so that you can see if something is in transit or delivered, etc. You can also see what other columns are available on the Shipping History screen HERE. Of course, this doesn't filter non-delivered or delayed shipments, but it does provide a nice at-a-glance visual. What it does allow for though is sorting by column.

For instance, if you wanted to know what orders in the last 7 days were delivered, you could easily filter to the left for the last 7 days and then click on the column header for "Delivery" to sort in ascending or descending order.

Again, I've gone ahead and forwarded your request to our Product Team for filtering by delivery status, but in the meantime I hope this helps!

Yes, I am using that column now and it is helpful.However, I have I still have to scan through 10 days worth of pages (at 100 per page) which can be pretty long. Additionally, during the holidays 7 days is not enough, as many Priority shipments are taking longer than that (9 or 10 days), so I either use the custom dates or set it for 30 days (which has way too many entries then.)

You make a great point. One thing I do want to mention is that you can view up to 200/page. I'll forward your suggestions onto our Product team but in the meantime, that may help!

Agreed,  this seems to the be the entire reason to be able to view your account live in the cloud.

What other reason would you have for looking at order history?

If everything got delivered on time without exception, there would be no need for the cloud and live order status at all.

We need to be able to see UPS deliveries also.

Hello Bill,

We have been able to add in a feature that can help with your requests. We have added in a delivery status filter on the Shipment History screen. This allows you to easily sort to orders based on the delivery status with real time updates from the USPS. 

A couple things to note is that this will apply only to USPS shipments and shipments generated after January 11th.
