Etsy Requested Shipping & Weight Information

Customers on Etsy can choose the shipping service they wish to use but this information is not imported with orders from Etsy. Therefore, we have to go into Etsy for every order to find the shipping service we should use in ShippingEasy. Also, the weight of the product as listed in Etsy is not imported.

Great news everyone! We've reworked our Etsy integration so that we can offer customer-requested services to pull into ShippingEasy! You should now see the service your customer requested under the "Requested Service" column on the Orders page. We're so glad that we are able to offer this and hope you like it as much as we do.

I definitely second this. Please consider importing the customers shipping service and selection with the import. This would save Etsy sellers a considerable amount of time and help prevent sellers from selecting the wrong service/shipping speed. (FedEx Overnight vs USPS Priority vs First Class) On more than one occasion, I have had to cancel and re-print labels due to inadvertently selecting the incorrect shipping service. This would be a HUGE help for those of us who sell on multiple platforms.

this shouldn't even be a question.  any shipping service should integrate with esty for the shipping service selected.  Smart Etsy sellers offer various shipping options for expedited orders.  It is very difficult to see this information in ShippingEasy.  We have to look at how much they paid in shipping and deduce what shipping option they chose.

Thanks for that feedback. Etsy recently added the option for customers to request services. ShippingEasy has not yet build support for this feature into the API/Application, but we definitely want to hear from those who are interested.
