UPS - One Balance account


I am logged into my account and my account is indicating

"Shipping easy one balance Carriers: USPS + UPS"

However when I go to browse rates I received the following error message

"To get UPS - One Balance rates, please connect your UPS - One Balance account in Settings > One Balance and Carriers."

Please advise… Thanks for your help
