Can't register for payments


I signed up to test drive shipping easy to see if I wanted to subscribe. Apparently you don't any support until you fully subscribe. Not the best way to attract new users but....In the set up process when I reach step 3, where you enter a credit card to purchase postage, it will not let me proceed. The address box shows my address but it is grayed out, and when I try to enter my card information and submit it, I get an error message that says the address box cannot be blank. When I try to add my address to the box it will not let me. I have tried going to Settings to change my billing and subscription options but I am taken right back to the same page. I don't know what else to do, other than find another shipping option.

After checking your account, it appears you were able to get your account setup and to accept your address information after all.

Normally when we see issues like that, we typically recommend testing with another web browser or clearing your browser's cache using the information in the link below:

I'm sorry if our sign up process was confusing for you. We don't require that you subscribe to a paid plan when signing up, but we do require credit card information for several reasons of convenience, that are outlined in the link below.

Why do you need my credit card information if I'm on the free Starter plan?
