I signed up for Starter Plan but am on a Free Trial

Hello, 

I selected Starter Plan when signing up but now my account is on a Free Trial. This would be fine but it means I can't integrate my store with PrestaShop. It says that the API is disabled for the free trial... Is there any way to cancel the Free Trial or something and just be on the Starter Plan? I can't wait 30 days until the free trial ends to setup my shipping.

You should be able to add a new PrestaShop store to your Starter plan account using the steps listed here:  How to: Integrate PrestaShop with ShippingEasy

Yes, I know this, but the tutorial has me using the API to set this up. However, because I am on a Free Trial, not the Starter plan (for some reason) I can't use the API because it is disabled. How can I end my Free Trial and JUST be on the Starter plan?

Hi Max,

You don't need to use the API for PrestaShop.  Just select PrestaShop from the drop down menu for the Platform.

Also, I see you have two accounts and they are both on the free Starter plan (not a free 30-day trial of a paid plan).
